common areas need to be kept cleaner. My room had a wet area in one corner of the room when I checked in

The heating unit is very very loud. It was loud enough to wake journalists up at nights. They had no cleaning service on Xmas day. Staff was very apologetic and gave us two breakfast on the house. However the restaurant food was not very good though the service was very good.

I have not stayed in a hotel in many years due to airbnb but had to choose a hotel for my Tulsa trip because nothing was available in the location I desired. I chose a Hilton hotel king suite and was excited about treating myself to an expensive and luxurious evening. However, at check in I was informed my chosen room had been overbooked and had to be moved to a standard queen room. This was very disappointing because had I known this prior to check in I would have chosen an entirely different hotel. I had no choice but to accept the change and make the most of it. The room service menu looked nice so I ordered myself dinner before leaving for the concert. My food arrived in a timely manner but it was cold. Sending it back and waiting for fresh would have meant I would be late to my concert. This experience could have been amazing and provoked me to stay in hotels when I travel again, but it did not. Very disappointing to say the least.
