"This is a fine hotel… But I have one serious warning! Even though it clearly says Clayton hotel AIRPORT… It is not the Clayton hotel nearest to the airport. This particular one is about 15 minutes away by Taxi. And dozens of people were doing the same thing I did… Booking the one that said airport and hoping it was the one that you could literally see from the airport… Not so. That one is the one that says town center or something like that. That was my only bad moment in the whole thing. They really really need to change the name. Somehow, it's absolutely messed up.🙄"

"The description of the hostel was right on. It was a great place to stay. We had a bunk room for 4 for our family and while the space was tight, it worked. We did have to rent towels because our space technically wasn’t private. That’s the only misunderstanding and they discounted the towels as a result."

"It was very central and a short walk to places I wanted to go. It had live music every evening downstairs in the bar, which was enjoyable. The room was functional and well equipped. However there was no blind or curtain to cover the windows. It was on a high floor so not overlooked, but it meant that the room was lit all night by an eerie green glow from a a giant neon leprechaun hat on a nearby building. The landing on that floor was used to store the spare laundry trolleys, which wasn’t really a good look on leaving the room."

"I had a great stay at the Marlin Hotel Stephens Green. It’s a stylish, modern hotel in an excellent central location on the south side of the River Liffey, making it easy to walk to most of Dublin’s top attractions. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of options to start the day right. I also really enjoyed the cozy lounge and restaurant area—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and well maintained, and my room was impressively quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Another big plus is the number of great restaurants and pubs just minutes away on foot. Overall, a fantastic choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great base in Dublin."
