"We were very happy with our stay, the staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious. Loved the hot tub and pool. It even had a nice outside seating area where we had lunch by the pool area, however getting back in the pool area was a little tricky because our keys did not let us back in the pool area, luckily there a few kiddos were inside and able to let us back in. If we do another stay-cation in Kansas City area this will be our go to hotel."

"This was one of the worst trips of our lives but the staff at the Fairfield Inn in Gladstone bent over backward to help us. Let me explain. We were in KC for a wedding reception and I got very sick with Covid and was hospitalized. At the same time my husband got a call for an in-person job interview in St. Louis. Long story short, we changed our plans several times and the staff, especially the front desk, were incredibly helpful but also so concerned and nice. They made a really bad situation for us so much better than it could have been. We will stay there on our next trip to KC for sure!!!"

"I loved my stay at ameristar kc. Only issues were they were not able to see my reservstion on gheir end. After 30 minutes trying to figure it out with expedia on the phone, the staff at ameristar decided to comp my room. Ill always be grateful to those employees and how great the room was. No doubt I will be back.when I am in kansas city "
