"The staff is always excellent and the overall property was clean. The floors in the rooms should be cleaned after every visit. The kids and I went down to the pool and when we came back to the room water had dripped on the floor. I used one of the room towels to clean up the water and the towel was extremely dirty like the floor has not been washed in some time . I always enjoy my stays and use Tru often when I’m travel so this will deter me from booking again."
