They did not have our room available and the "king suite" they put us in was garbage, straight out of the 70s with a crap bed and broken mini fridge.

More now than ever, you should do your very best to make sure guests have what they need. Coffee machine in room was broken and only one time did they have coffee and a to go bag of breakfast down stairs. I should not have to pay extra!

Uncomfortable!

Very hard uncomfortable beds. The air turns off when there is no movement so I awoke several times hot in the middle of the night. We stayed at comfort suites the last time we were there and it was so much better and cheaper!

Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry to hear you were uncomfortable with your bed. Our beds are able to be adjusted for firmness and softness. I am sorry this was not explained. Our energy efficient HVAC systems are equipped with motion sensors to save energy use. We hope you give us another try in the future and we would be happy to do our best to make sure you are comfortable.

Good stay.

Disappointed that there was not a continental breakfast. Consider changing pillows. Nice and fluffy but flattened out when laid on.
