We tried to check in early. The room wasn't ready, which is totally understandable. The front desk lady wasn't the friendliest. The second lady was super nice but had technical difficulties and it took awhile. Still understandable. The main problem was that the fire alarm went off twice. Once jaut before 7 in the morning and a second time about 30 minutes later. Not the best experience when you are still in bed and on the 3rd floor. No apology or compensation. That ruined the stay for me. The hotel overall is nice and updated.

If you plan to stay at a hotel where it’s quiet & service is good , this is not the one. Had dirty sheets & the lady upfront wouldn’t change my room. Seemed like she didn’t want to help at all & just stay on her phone. Room next door had loud music till 1:30AM . Nothing was done about it even after 2 complaints. Lobby is treated like some club with loud music & people taking their drinks & shouting. Overall terrible experience.
