The staff at this hotel has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. We had numerous issues, in particular with the booking and accommodation. We were charged twice for the same stay once by Expedia and then again by the hotel staff at check-in. Even after showing a receipt and proof of payment. When we came to check in, we were told to come back in 15 minutes because said person was “busy at the moment”…. I had to sit in the dark parking lot and wait to be checked in. Had to argue with management to get refunded. There’s multiple groups of people that hang out in the parking lot at night drinking and smoking. The hotel itself is not bad, but the management is horrible.
