The staff at this hotel has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. We had numerous issues, in particular with the booking and accommodation. We were charged twice for the same stay once by Expedia and then again by the hotel staff at check-in. Even after showing a receipt and proof of payment. When we came to check in, we were told to come back in 15 minutes because said person was “busy at the moment”…. I had to sit in the dark parking lot and wait to be checked in. Had to argue with management to get refunded. There’s multiple groups of people that hang out in the parking lot at night drinking and smoking. The hotel itself is not bad, but the management is horrible.

It was VERY DIRTY. Moved the chair and found dirty socks under it. Bedspread had holes in it from cigarette burns, let it be known we had a non smoking room. Staff was rude. Never said hello or have a good day. I have a service dog with papers and they still charged me for my service dog. Never again will we stay there.

The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom did not have a shower curtains, and there wasn’t enough towels . Also no proper breakfast options for the morning, and no public restrooms.

Not a very good quality hotel especially for the location. There was a smell soon as you walked into this hotel, room looked old...also the bathroom sink was stopped up. Employees that were there were friendly, best i can say about that hotel. I do not recommend this hotel

The hotel was overbooked and didn’t even notify me until I get there also was nobody to help me no one was there to assist me front desk was closed …..thanks to the agent online make a great assistant!

Go next door to spark by Hilton

I usually stay at Spark by Hilton right next door to this hotel ( which I highly recommend) however this trip was last minute due to a family death. Check in was efficient, the staff was telling me their pet policy for a future visit and how cats ate absolutely not allowed ( would not bring anyway). Ironically that night when i was walking back into the hotel, there was a cat in the hotel window on the 2nd floor. So clearly, anything goes. However the room is simple....but the chair was so disgusting and worn that I am convinced that is how Covid started. This hotel really needs updated.

Unfortunately did not have a good stay. The front desk staff kind of tried to help but were limited I guess by what they could do. Only stayed a night, 4th floor smelled disgusting like puke and dog poop, our first room 410 smelled like puke as well, the front staff switched us to 405 which was clean but the same floor so the hallway still smelled awful. Next morning, we try to extend our stay and they’re fully booked. Welp, bad luck or bad hotel, you decide.
