Due to hotel being an extended stay and not informed upfront there would be a possibility of rooms being canceled; then at the ninth hour, room was canceled is a form of lack of communication on hotel part.

No luggage carts. Refrigerator didn't get cold. The room only had 2 towels, had to ask 4 times to get more. Toilet didn't flush and nobody ever came to fix it. Floor was dirty, especially under the beds.
