love the suite like feel of the rooms. As of July 1, 2021 no warm breakfast they are still serving a sack lunch. The pool is not open due to COVID.

Very outdated. Carpets were filthy and the bathtub had mold. The pool and hot tub were closed due to covid but this was not listed when I reserved the room

Took forever to check in, gave up the wrong room and had to go back to desk, ac was not really cold, no light bulbs in lamps, smoke detector chirped all night...

Property was very clean, elevator smelled awesome. The pool facility was great the water temperature was groovy getting in 2 thumbs up. My room was spotless the only two issues I had with the room 1. Because the building is close to the highway you can hear the noise of cars and trucks going by(but not a big deal for me) 2. You have no control over the heat temperature, it does not go pass 76 which was a tad cold for my liking( I put a blanket on the bed having come back from the pool because It was cold in room) The staff was very pleasant and kind. The property is close too MANY stores and 3 minutes from Southlake Mall. Over all My stay was exceptional.

Room good for the price. Need a little more detail cleaning. Found a kids toy. A Lille late 1 morning with the coffee. You do hear the highway. Heaters are set room not as warm as it said.
