Check in was more of a hassle here than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Check out was just as frustrating. Also, beware they enact a $100 hold on your (payment ) card. Not a problem, but it takes more than a week to “fall” off. They could release it, but choose not to, instead causing the patron interest fees/ non-use of their money. Also, watch for wet floors, as they are lacking signage for these as well.

Everything was great except the pool was under repair. I probably would’ve stayed had I known that since my son was looking forward to swimming.

Non sealing Windows and highway noise

I've stayed at this exact hotel before and this was by far my worst experience. The room I was given was the loudest, brightest room I've ever been in. Couldn't hear anything but the highway due to the Windows not sealing and at 5:30 am every day it was wake up time as the sun came right in the window and the curtains do not close. Tried getting a new room, but "none were available. After a few days I finally got a new room. This room was better besides the fact that the hotel could do nothing about the 8 people being insanely loud above me for hours at a time. Children running back and forth and jumping up and down in the room directly above me. I won't be staying here ever again.
