Nice property. No huge complaints other than the bath tub did not drain quickly at all and there was no dresser in the room. Minimal storage space other than a couple shelves. Nice big room that can use a dresser.

Room very good but had spotty wifi, 3 hrs for breakfast, 6-9, and pool said opens at 11 - checkout time (although door wasnt locked so useable)? Prior guest used washcloth left in bathroom amongst shower curtain so maybe was hidden?

We had a good stay overall — the rooms were comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip. Service was friendly and breakfast was decent (not a lot of variety, but still appreciated for being included). We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub due to lots of unsupervised kids in the area, but otherwise, it was a solid, clean and convenient stay for the price. Would stay again.

Everything was dirty. The hallway smelled like mold (at best) and wafted into our rooms. When we notified management, they put a dehumidifier in the hallways for a few hours but nothing else. Everything was dirty. I specifically chose this for the hot breakfast but it was practically inedible. Biscuits turned to dust in your mouth. Just bad.

Our first room had a strange odor and wet carpet. The staff switched us to a different room, but we'd had 2 queen beds and the substitute room had one queen and a sofa bed, which was not that comfortable for our adult son, who stayed with us. The property needs a lot of updating.

My dad and I booked a two night room for an upcoming family reunion. Our room was clean, which was very important. However, during check-in, a guest was complaining about the lack of parking, as they had nowhere to park their car. It was torrential-like rain outside and they had a baby. The reviews for this hotel were mixed (i.e. noisy, unsafe place to stay), but we did not experience this. My biggest complaint was at check-in. My reservation was made under both of our names, but I checked in before my dad. I had to pay for our stay, although my dad had planned to do this. Expedia should ensure that this info is given to potential guests prior to booking.

When we arrived we found out they gave our room to someone else but had 1 room available. What I didn't like about the hotel was there breakfast. Same food every day and did not refill anything. At first I thought it was just for that morning if they run out that's it but no it was for literally the whole week they would not restock food items. The waffle batter was past due besides the color, waffles tasted sour.

The host was nice and friendly my air didn’t work but they moved me to a new room and due to me not getting any pool time I was allowed to get a late checkout and able to enter the pool a hour before the rest of the guess

Not happy at all with Hotels.com booking!

I accidently booked this hotel thinking it was in close proximity to where I was while I was traveling. After it was booked I tried to cancel it but I could not because it was the same day. That is frustrating and a complete waste of money. the fact that I was unable to cancel 2 minutes after booking it as it was a mistake will completely make me rethink using Hotels.com in the future.
