It’s not horrible but not great. Rooms are in need of repair. AC in the room very noisy compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Everyone was having issues with their door keys not working while we were there. Beds were comfortable but they tuck 1/2 the sheets under the foot of the bed. You have to damn near remake the bed. Room noise was average (other than the AC). Breakfast wasn’t bad. Staff was ok. They kept having “computer issues” during check in and took a long time. For the price… you get what ya pay for.

We had ants in our room. Seemed to be a common problem - even the front desk person mentioned they get complaints about ants frequently. Even on our way out we saw a worker going in the elevator with a can of Raid and a vacuum. Pool could also be improved. Water was very cloudy/green and pool room looked run down.

We had booked a room on July 12th. When we got there to check in, they had a tournament going on and the hotel was booked. There were several LOUD people in the lobby. Kids were running up and down the hallways and pool was full. I asked the lady at the front desk if we could cancel our stay and get a refund. She called her manager and the manager said YES!!!! We left, thinking we'd get a refund since we left because they said wed get a refund!!!!! However, that is not the case!!! They refuse to refund me even though they gave me the okay to cancel the room. If Id known they were not going to refund me like they said they would, we'd have stayed. DONT TRUST THIS MANAGEMENT!! Dont tell customers you will do something and NOT DO IT.

Buyer beware

I find it staggering how this place gets an excellent score. It’s tired and dirty. Skirting boards aren’t been dusted in years, wall paper in bathroom (yea, exactly) peeling. Room keys repeatedly not working. We booked 3 adults in a suite. The sofa bed was not fit for use. No bedding in the room for the sofa bed. When we asked for pillows we’re told we already had four and couldn’t have more. Got to breakfast with ten minutes remaining. Very like food left (ok, we were late) but told they wouldn’t be putting more food out. Unfriendly staff. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

The hotel stank as soon as we walked in with a pungent scent of paint. The pool was closed. The elevator was on its last leg. The room had an unpleasant odor. The tv was difficult to control and people were letting there kids run up and down the halls. Not a great experience at all.

Disappointment as pool closed and not advertised

Chose this hotel to take grandkids swimming in pool as pics showed a nice indoor pool. Got to location and pool was closed but not advertised online. Kids were very disappointed and had looked forward swimming. Made for long day as that was plan to swim all day. Should of advertised online pool closed
