The place needs a refresh. There was a missing light bulb in the desk lamp. The lamp in the corner was held up by the chair in front of it and the bed was too soft. The carpet in the hall had many stains. Will not stay here next time through

This is the worst hotel I ever been to Mary at the front desk was extremely rude when I told her that the room was filthy and I was get ate up by big bugs she told me to leave and also to my husband to shut up while he was trying to explain the issues we were having with the hotel. No one should be treated and spoke to in such a disrespectful manner I would never return to this hotel. She wouldn’t give me the number to corporate office or refund me my money.

Room was very run down. Shower wouldnt drain, hole in ceiling in bathroom, door was broken. Carpet very firty, wondow broken.

Old hotel that has not been kept up. Carpets are dirty and nasty, stained with bleach, and coming up from the floor. The staff was horrible and very unfriendly. Would not recommend anyone to stay here except an arsonist to burn the place down.

Would not stay at this place again used to be nice

There was several varieties of things that were wrong with the room. The TV was about ready to go out. Light fixtures were either broke or missing no iron to do my ironing no toilet paper no hairdryer. The fan in the bathroom was screaming so you couldn’t use the fan in the bathroom. Walls were messed up chairs in the room were messed up. It was just a horrible visit.

I was given a room that was trashed. The second room I was given was also trashed. The third room had finally been “cleaned” but it was in poor condition. The lamp was broken, the window shades were cracked, and the floor and bedding was stained. Staff was very friendly when I interacted with them. Breakfast offerings were fine for the price.

Worst hotel ever

This hotel was in the worst shape I have ever seen a hotel. Dust caked everywhere, hair on the bed, old towels sitting in the room and smell of smoke. On top of this, after I said I can’t stay here after going to two different rooms and then offering me a refund, they are now refusing to give me one.

Won’t stay again

Room was okay. Refrigerator didn’t work it was plugged in but had to move cord different outlet as power wasn’t working. Window shades was ripped, first morning no hot water. Bed had no blanket on them got funny look when asked if we could get blankets for the bed. Bath tub needed a heavy cleaning. Place needs totally remodeled. Floor lamp was standing up by help of the chair in the room.
