We did not atay asking for a refund. Not clean. Phines not working in room, mold in air conditioners, unknown liquid stains in room, smashed bugs on floor.

Stay away. Understaffed, incompetent staff, very dirty. Booked this hotel for several vendors for an event. Was given CONFIRMATION over phone that roll aways were available, but upon check in was told that I was given incorrect information and they were not able to be used due to Covid policies? Only one staff member available who just got hired week before, wouldn't allow me to speak with manager, no manager on property either. Would not have even booked there if I knew there were no roll-aways. Was not offered any compensation for mis-information, and could not cancel without being charged. Was forced to book a second room to accommodate vendors for the event and their staff accompanying them. Literally had no time to just eat the room cancellation fee and book elsewhere as vendors were already on their way. Hotel was dirty, carpet was ripped and stained. Muggy in lobby which indicated that air wasn't functioning properly. Spend an extra $10-$20 and go somewhere else.

Dirty, mold in two bathrooms, carpet folding in center of hallway. Staff appear to be afraid to give names. Property manager rude and it willing to admit conditions are bad. Phone in room not working, remote for tv dies not change stations. No Kleenex, told to use toil paper. No hand towels. Had to request housekeeping dust. Breakfast area did not look clean, didn’t have individual cereal packages you had to use a scoop in a big cereal dish to scoop out cereal, the chipped beef looked horrible that was the only hot food they offered every day. Overall a disgusting stay and will never stay here again.

I booked this hotel in March I even payed for it! The day of check in they tell me I had No reservation. I even had a confirmation number. I asked to speak with a manger and the lady did not give me any way to contact one.

The hotel had all the red flags, but I prepaid a non refundable room online and it was 12:30am when we checked in. Smell of weed in lobby, room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from last visitors stay. And the worst nightmare was checking out the next morning to find out car was broken into and stole our luggage! READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING YOUR HOTEL!

They didn’t have towels in my room and none in the pool room when I asked to get towels for my room I was told they don’t have any I asked to take some money off my room stay since we couldn’t take a shower I was tools to email the boss that did not email me back at all and every time I call they give me the run around. The bed sheets and everything was not clean just nasty

The pictures on the website when booking the room were very deceiving since the room was dirty, the carpet was ripped, the vent was hanging off of the wall in the bathroom, the fire alarm senor was missing, wall paper was coming off the wall, and the over head lighting was not working. It also did not state on the website that the breakfast was not happening until we arrived to the hotel. I would not recommend this location.

Front desk attendant was rude! Over charged me on the deposit, wouldn't give me a receipt. The room was dirty, blood on curtains and lamp shade. Holes in bathroom wall, shower curtain was torn half off the rod! Unacceptable!!
