"Rubbish hotel. Way too expensive for what it is. Other guests hair in our shower. ( what kind of cleaners do you hire / train that a previous guests hair would be in the shower? ) staff never at the front desk. ( this is an airport hotel - there should always be somebody on the front desk. Oh 3am you're tired - need to have a wee nap in the staff room? ) And lastly - saw a super sweet East Indian shuttle bus driver ( the hotels shuttle service ) literally yell at an Asian ( oriental looking ) lady and a child on the shuttle bus. Do yourself a favour - pay a small bit more at stay at the Fairmont right in the hotel. Can believe I paid $500 for this dumpster lol."

"This hotel can be summed up in a word. That word is adequate. The room is one you can sleep in but things do feel a bit constrained with the amount of space you have in the bedroom. The bathroom is adequate enough to use but don't expect to be comfortable in there if you are having a bath or shower. Oh yes. And the toilet was so tiny and low to the ground that it felt like I was using a daycare toilet. So.....adequate, but not comfortable."

"First time staying here and had great experience, love the fun retro vibe, the friendly and helpful staff, and use of the bikes on site. The location is perfect, and they had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect girls weekend getaway. Will definitely be back. "
