"The staff was friendly and helpful And our room was nice and the pool was nice The only issue I had was no early warning about the 100 a day incidental charge as I never had a hotel do that before and the 28 a day for parking. Overall it was good. Very convenient too"

"When we arrived the elevator was not working. People were standing in the lobby waiting on someone to get in repaired. I asked for the lowest level, which was the 5th floor. We hiked up 5 floors only to find a renovation in progress. Plastic taped to the hallway floors. The ac was not working in the room. I expected to tell the front desk to provide a refund and we would stay somewhere else. They gave us a room on the 6th floor which had been renovated and was very nice. The desk staff was very nice and professional. Perhaps a one off situation but not a pleasant situation nonetheless."

"We enjoyed our stay other than the service at the bar in the hotel. No one really spoke English. The bartender over charged us and was extremely rude when we asked about it. Other than that, we would stay again. I would just go somewhere else for beverages and food."
