"Great hotel with nice personal touches! If you check in early & your room isn't ready yet, there are nice seating areas where you can plug in, charge your phone, do work on your laptop, grab a cup of coffee & use the restroom. They willingly take your bags if you want to wander around for both check in before 3pm & check out after 11am. The rooms are designed to make every space count as NYC rooms are notoriously small. This one felt spacious despite the square footage. Can't wait to check out some other Arlo properties."
