"It's in a good location. The employees were friendly. I was not offered an upgrade when I have Gold status. It was never mentioned. I did ask if we could request a late check-out and I was told no. The next day, the young lady who helped me was on the phone with a guest and offered that person a check-out time of 1 pm. I hope she was one level above me! It is NYC, but I never thought a sandwich and a Diet Coke with tip would be $41. I'll know better the next time. And the service wasn't even that good for the 20% tip added on automatically. Needless to say, I did not add any more on. "
