"Great stay with amazing staff and breakfast! We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place in New York! The hotel overall is a great place to stay. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast—it was amazing and offered so many different varieties every day. The customer service was also excellent. The staff members were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special shout-out to Nikita from the luggage team, who was absolutely amazing, as well as another fantastic gentleman on the team who was also so helpful. The only minor downside was that the cleanliness of the entrance lobby floor could have been a bit better, as it didn't look its best during our stay. However, everything else was perfect. We had a great experience overall and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Although the rooms were functional and pleasant, the front of the hotel is a public park where non-guests can hang out, play music, smoke (which they are not supposed to do), giving the entrance a very seedy appearance. Fortunately there is always a security guard standing by. There are only 2 elevators for 30 plus floors and it "dings" at every floor. Also, our room's air conditioning was very loud."
