Great location for getting to cultural assets on foot. Outside property is not great, but it was a cold time of year, so people were using the recessed entrance to get out of wind. Access to room was not handled well and it was necessdary to go back down to desk to have a change made.

Be careful that your $50 fee for damage/ incidentals is refunded. Many minutes on the phone trying to rectify that now. Also, room was not ready, so we stashed our luggage and went out and about. When we returned well after check-in time, rooms were not available.

The staff were great and very accommodating to our schedule. The location was also perfect for what we needed and the rooms were clean. There were a few issues outside the property but the on site security kept everything under control. Would stay here again but definitely recommend staying on a lower floor because there are only two elevators.

Room is extremely DISGUSTING! There was cigarette burn very visible! Also the carpets are Filthy and Dirty! The TV remote has Scum & Dirt around the keys of it, very nasty!! The AC is filled with Dirty and Dust, very difficult to breathe in the room. Carpet had HAIR from another guest, very disgusting would not recommend. Carpet and bed had tears on them. I do not recommend sleeping on the actual sheets. Towels feel course..Worst experience ever!!

On my second night, new "neighbors" made a huge amount of noise in the hallway between 11:23 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Every time I got up to go to the door to tell them to be quiet, they were in their rooms, then came back into the hall with their party. I reported this later to the property but as yet have received no response or offer.

Good hotel. Just needed a good night's sleep and it served purpose. Clean, I felt safe, and price was decent. Front desk staff so serious; no smiles or friendly voice tone, but all I cared about was sleep so no big deal that night. Thank you Holiday Inn! Would stay again.

Perfect for our trip!

Perfect location! A short walk from the train station and the heart of Times Square. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The ro was clean, new, and quiet.
