"Likes: Very clean, and quiet. Comfortable beds, and a good selection of tv channels. A free trolley runs a circle from the hotel (and others ?), to downtown Port Richey every 15 minutes. Dislikes: the shower tub is EXTREMELY slippery. It wasscary (I'm 64). I asked the front desk about it and was told there should be a shower mat-there wasn't(they even looked themselves), and provided one. They said housekeeping must have forgotten. Upon check out I told the desk that was my biggest complaint. This time they said they hear that often and don't like to provide the mats. So which is it? Was it suppose to be there on not? The other complaint was no meat (bacon, sausage, ham) at breakfast. Also no juice-just coffee. A family came down when I was there and they wanted juice as well. Nope.I did go back later and it was there. Maybe someone complained? "

"What a great place to stay with all the amenities of home and being able to enjoy the beautiful river view from the back porch and yard, paradise for sure. Karen and Alex are excellent hosts and are always available to assist with any questions or issues. Also, it's really cool to see dolphins and manatees swimming in the river. We rented a go boat and that made it a nice way to see the river at a leisurely pace. Can't wait for our next adventure at this river home."

"This property was amazingly nice and clean. The housekeeping kept the rooms very clean and well stocked with hygiene items, towels, and coffee supplies. Everything is within walking distance from the pool, tiki bar for drinks, restaurants and gift shops. Also the beds were very comfy. I would definitely come back to visit again. "

"The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks are so visible that there is no way you could sit to take a bubble bath to relax. The rooms are clean and dusted."
