"This property was great for my daughter's graduation. We required three king one bedroom suites. The front staff was extremely helpful with helping us getting early and late check outs as needed. The rooms, breakfast area, and lobby were extremely clean and comfortable. The hallway carpet was somewhat dated but the flooring in the rooms was a new LVP. The beds were extremely comfortable! The suites and even the regular room were quite spacious. Complementary breakfast included hot items, cereals, yogurt, and waffles. They was complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7. The cons: Although we were in a handicap- accessible room and the tub was not slippery, there were no grab bars, either on the wall or in the tub, which would’ve been helpful. I found the majority of the staff to be absolutely wonderful. However, on our final evening, there were several people convening in the lobby at a late hour, and the sound travels up the stairs to the second floor, where we stayed. We had to be up by 6 AM the next morning and I waited until after 11 PM to call the front desk and ask for the staff to address the group. The woman who answered the phone said "it’s a family that’s spending time together." I was so surprised by her answer. We were also there with family to attend my daughters graduation, but we did not convene in the lobby after 11 PM and keep others up. This answer was unacceptable. Otherwise this hotel was fantastic for our needs."
