"We arrived late at night with a truck, towing our camper. They were very helpful in letting us park it ourselves in their lot (otherwise it is usually valet). The room was fine. Nothing fancy but comfortable. It seemed a little run down and our view was of the parking lot, but that's fine. We didn't mind too much after camping. But I expected a bit more, since it is billed as a luxury property. The workout room was really disappointing. Small and most machines were broken. The breakfast was good, and the pool was really a highlight on a hot afternoon. The best parts, in our opinion, were the pool and the location/proximity to the plaza. Everything was extremely walkable. Very nice experience, overall!"

"The check-in experience was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Despite our group having four rooms, check-in was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Although the bellhop had already left for the day, security stepped in and helped bring our luggage to our rooms, providing outstanding customer service. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of The Plaza, as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The views were beautiful and added even more to the overall experience. We also had a wonderful experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job accommodating our large group. The service was attentive, and everything ran smoothly despite the size of our party. Overall, we were very impressed with the professionalism, hospitality, and service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area."
