Why? Because you deserve it. It’s more fun. It’s affordable. And you can. Time to soak up the lavish lifestyle with a luxury hotel stay. Free cancellation on most hotels. Because flexibility matters.
The rooms are very dim. There's very little light. The only place you can read the paper is in the bathroom. The concierge sent us to Benoit's which was awful---D-. The food was bland and not fresh. The only thing edible was the bread.
The Refinery is a great hotel in the perfect location! Very large room (we booked deluxe double) and within walking distance to Times Square, Broadway shows and Rockefeller Center.
Honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed in hands down. would highly recommend staying here.
Everything was excellent from the moment I walked into the hotel. Excellent service! Wonderful room - quiet, comfortable, clean, great shampoo, etc. It was a delight staying here!
The food was awful and horribly overpriced. I got a Cesar salad that had powdered Parmesan on lettuce. Powdered instead of sliced or grated. $22. A glass of iced tea that was also from powder $7. No refill even. The lobby and rooms were not very clean. Musty smell too.
We stayed in 4 different hotels over the course of our 7 day New York State vacation. This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at! Everything was phenomenal. From the room to the hotel staff. Me and my husband both were blown away by how much we enjoyed this hotel and how the staff went above ...
Love the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms need to be updated. Pocket doors were noisy and difficult to slide. Faucets were old, not great water pressure
Every staff person we met was gracious and helpful, from the front desk to the room service to the housekeeping and concierge and doormen staff. Also the maintenance man who had to replace the remote for the bathroom TV (behind the mirror) after I accidentally got it wet so that just changing the ...
Very stylish hotel....enjoyed the look and the location. Skewed 20 and 30 somethings..... Seems like the cost of the drinks in the lobby were a little high and service was slow there. The doormen and bellmen were extremely nice and helpful.
The hotel has a perfect location on both 5th Avenue & Central Park South. The experience was perfect
THe staff was helpful and accomodating. The location is excellent and great for getting around the city. The accommodations and service were as you would expect from the Mandarin Oriental company - top notch.
This hotel understands how to make you feel special. Their staff are respectful, gracious, and impeccably dressed. Rooms are clean, beautifully appointed, and luxurious. I loved the jetted tub, especially after walking for eight hours solid, and coming home exhausted with achy feet. Noticed I said ...
My recent stay at the Baccarat was the best hotel experience I have had compared to other 5 star hotels in the city. Not only did the hotel meet my expectations but in certain situations they were exceeded. The location is perfect, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the personnel outstanding.I was ...
Located in Midtown, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Carnegie Hall and Central Park. Columbus Circle and 5th Avenue are also within 10 minutes. 5 Av.-53 St. Station and 57 St. - 7 Av Station are within a 5-minute walk.
This hotel was amazing. The staff was very attentive and very kind to us. My wife even got a hug from Joe the door man when we left. Highly recommend.
The room was uncomfortable in terms of the sitting area in the room. In order to sit I had to sit on the bed.
It was decorated beautifully modern and was very comfortable and clean. Staff was terrific. Ate at the sushi restaurant located off of the lobby and it was delicious! Would definitely stay there again.
The location, very convenient off the highway or subway system. I had a terrible experience with the valet. It took 3 hours for them to pull my car around. There was no sense of urgency, as this was the day I was checking out and heading back to Boston. Based on my experience I will never stay at ...
Great staff. Very professional. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect! Away from the craziness and the noise of south beach.
Beautiful property, great staff and within walking distance from everything, Whole Foods, coffee shops, even the beach. Very convenient for business travels located within the down town area. The rooms are huge, and equipped with everything. Love this property and will definitely stay there ...
We really enjoyed our weekend in Miami at this hotel. There are a few extra charges but we were expecting that. What we were not expecting was each time the valet brought back our car we could tell it had be gone through. I should have known better before the first time but I do have a few emergency ...
Loved that there was cream for my tea in the fridge! Also loved all the little extras such as the loofah and the razor, etc. There should be a handle inside the shower door. There should be a little table out on the balcony.
We stayed there for a long weekend, excellent service, good location. They opened in 12/2015 as per staff and hotel is clean and well maintained.
I have always wanted to give myself a treat in a lovely Beach Resort. Acqualina was just more than the treat I needed. I loved every single second of my stay there! The staff made me feel like a queen. And the environment/facilities....just too fab! I will go there over and over and over again!
The property is on South Beach and is a reconditioned property that has been there for many decades, nostalgic, historic, from the Art Deco era in Miami. The room I had was "Manhattan" small but excellent...big enough. Bathroom was oversized.
The room was a bit dated. The wall paper was peeling. There were ants coming from cracks at the bottom of the wall in the bathroom. The shower was tiny and extremely difficult to get into unless the shower head was positioned a certain way. Lastly, the view was of empty paint cans on the roof and ...
The staff were all so helpful and made us feel so at home! I travel a lot for business and pleasure but it was so nice to get away from the big chain hotels. It was a beautiful quaint Art Deco hotel giving us a real feeling of being in old Florida and charming side of South Beach. It was nice to ...
Amenities are amazing and so nice. We got a free upgrade to the top floor and love the view and the room. The only unpleasant thing is the bathroom sliding door doesn't close all the way so you can hear everything, and I mean everything that goes on in the bathroom. However I would 100% stay here ...

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Miami Seaquarium are also within 6 mi (10 km). Tenth Street Promenade Metromover Station is 5 minutes by foot and Financial District Metromover Station is 7 minutes.
Great Place. Staff is exceptionally polite and friendly. Located in a best part of South Beach. Located on Ocean drive just a short walk to the beach where beach chairs and umbrellas and towels are all waiting for you. Nice park across the street with palm trees and playground for kids and workout ...

Personnel very cordial. Room clean. Would recommend to others.
Love the hotel and several pools and beach access with staff and lounge chairs. The customer service is outstanding and I also love Malibu Farms restaurant.
Beach and pool were great. Would be better if they had a nicer dinner restaurant on site
Classy place beautifully done . They just opened up the “ Market” inside the Hotel . Great selection of food
The trainee who checked me in was adorable - lovely and chatty and friendly - while the supervisor was glum and superior-acting (the opposite of friendly). My hall and room 739 were a bit shabby - top of the curtains were filthy brown, carpet in my room was stained, stains in bathroom - but the view ...
The place was beautiful... on the pricey side though. From the attached Italian restaurant $50.00 for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, fries & soda was a bit ridiculous. Only suggestion is hotel having it's own restaurant to serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. A pool lunch spot would be great. They did ...
This is a nice hotel but the room didn’t have a table for room service. It also didn’t have proper clothing storage, just a single wardrobe but with no drawers. The biggest issue is it is pretty overpriced with a daily convenience fee for things you don’t really use. Food and drinks are also overpriced. ...
I stayed at Hotel Oceana with a group of friends for a wedding weekend. The colorful boutique hotel had very comfortable rooms, a great pool area, and complimentary breakfast. The location can't be beat either-right across from the beach volley ball courts and all the action on the water. Tthe staff ...
We loved the spaciousness of the rooms, great bath products, super clean and the beds were super comfy. We had a great stay.
Great hotel. Great location. Clean. Quiet. Perfect for everyone
I like the hotel but when Travelocity tells me it’s going to be $334. And the hotel charges me 469. I am not happy. Will not be staying here anymore and won’t use Travelocity either.
This was my second time staying the The Sixty. The staff is very friendly and accommodates any needs you might have. Location is awesome! Very walkable to Rodeo and many other great spots in Beverly Hills. They have an awesome pool!
Centrally located. Beautiful. Would have been nice to know when booking that it costs 25 a night for parking.
