Stayed for 6 days. From check in to check out, all staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room and hotel were clean, up to date and very comfortable. Location was perfect.
check in staff on Saturday night was rude and not very friendly. She tired to charge me for the room when I paid online. frustrating.
Restaurant was good, but extremely expensive. Room was very clean, bathroom was spacious. Check-in was convenient and efficient. Hotel was close to UC Anschutz, which made our morning much easier. Waiter in the restaurant was extremely polite and attentive. Overall, very good experience.
Boutique hotel with good restaurant onsite. Great location and friendly staff. The resort fee was a little high and we didn’t use any of the perks.
Location was excellent for restaurants, and anything downtown.
The apartment was clean and well-equipped in the bed was quite comfortable I found the heating source to be quite noisy as well as the Denver steam plant outside my back window to also be noisy Having offstreet parking was reassuring We booked 24 hours before arriving and found the apartment management ...
Clean, contemporary throughout.. glad to see there was a pool, even in a downtown hotel. My 2 minor complaints were who cold the pool was and would have loved a hot tub! The gentleman who checked us in did great, he recommended a lovely day hike for us!
The staff was very helpful and very friendly and wanted to help. We were very pleased with the value for or money.
We were in town for a concert at the Pepsi Center, this hotel was a short 3 minute walk, short walk to downtown restaurants. Very clean, free hot breakfast. Nice room and view, loved the tea tree shampoo! Will definitely stay here again.
Our flight was cancelled due to weather, so I searched quickly to find a family friendly hotel. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I even received a text after I checked in asking if I needed anything. Room service was quick, hot & good. The pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance when we ...
Colin is the best asset for this property,Professional, Knows his job!
Everything about the Doubletree hotel was excellent including the breakfast buffets. It’s easy to travel to Denver and back
This place was great to stay at with my wife I feel it is a place I will stay again with my kids too! Safe clean and very friendly. Private and laid back. Only negative is Wish we could have ate. And enjoyed The grill they have on hand but no one served us when we walked in and no one was around. ...
The hotel is under remodeling, but it is a very clean place. The staff is excellent.
Upon arrival there was a recent snowfall and the parking lot was a hot mess - no evidence of any snow removal whatsoever. Although there was a decent variety, this Hyatt charges $9 per person for breakfast. Unfortunately, the coffee was weak and when I pointed out the lid to the oatmeal had fallen ...
Nice quiet hotel. Shuttle was great getting us to downtown Denver. Friendly staff. Nice on sute bar.
Clean property, rooms and staff every one was friendly
On the lake; great staff, park next door; large rooms well-appointed; beautiful pool (indoor) and fitness center; good restaurant and bar; Only concern is limited TV unless you have Netflix. I have gotten great deals through Travelocity.
What we liked: location, location, location which is convenient to everything we needed to do in Seattle. In addition, we were grateful for Berhane the bellman and Redi at the front desk who went out of their way to be helpful to us and to try to minimize what we were unhappy about. What we were ...
We had the most amazing time while staying at the Grand Hyatt. The staff knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and upgraded our room so we could enjoy a water view. We watched the most spectacular sunset from our room while sharing a complimentary bottle of wine that was from the hotel ...
Beautiful! Try the restaurant on the property. It’s called Sic Seven. It was amazing! And the view!!! Wow!!
Great location, spacious room, cool decor, good coffee bar and cocktail lounge on site, free cocktails at happy hours
It was heavenly! Very clean and quiet. I'm sure everyone complains about the parking cost......that would be my only complaint. :(
Close to Space Needle, Museum of Pop Art, nice lobby, grocery store conveniently in front of building. Very comfortable beds.
The wonderfully kind man at the front desk. After a long day of traveling, Its important to remember kindness always wins out.
Thought the place was brand new (it’s 3- years old). Staff were all friendly.
Great bedding and Linens! Very comfortable and great location!
The location worked very well for our needs. Very close to the needle and the city center. A little bit of a walk to pike market. There is a market right down the way so very useful. The room is spacious and it comes with a kitchen, but no stove or oven so no real cooking can be done. Also no garbage ...
Everything is top-notch and comfortable. This is my "treat" hotel in Seattle when I can get it at a reasonable price. Great location for the U.
Everything about it was great. Staff was exceptional!
We loved the hotel and everything it offered, only complaint was that the service in the restaurant was not good at all either day that we tried to eat there.
Service was excellent. Valet service was amazing. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.
It’s a hotel and a museum. Excellent food and beverages. Great room.
The on-site restaurant and bar were nice. The extra charges for all other amenities was frustrating after paying so much for a room. Even WiFi was not included in the nearly $500 for 1 night in the hotel.
Staff was very nice and willing to take time to explain anything asked.
Clean rooms, great restaurant and entertainment. Love that it's a pet friendly place. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.
Wouldnt give paper receipts on request. I understand it was booked online but when i asked for a paper receipt i was denied. I needed it for work purpose.
The breakfast was awesome! The rooms were nice and the hotel was perfect for our needs.
The staff was extremely friendly! They had taken some great precautions to make sure everyone was safe , I saw every staff member wearing a mask. Wish the pool could have been open but I understand. Can’t wait to stay again
Got an upgrade since I was a gold card member. Great room!!
It was ok. The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. Breakfast was expensive and not free. Rooms were ok. No luggage rack in room for storage. Hot Tub looked nice, but the jets blew out of the water and you couldn't have them on without getting water in your ears and face.
We enjoyed the bar area and the decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful
We like the convenience and the shuttles so we didnt have to drive anywhere. Only complaint was tiny bathroom with tiny toilet. I had to go to public bathroom downstairs. I am a big man.
Situated in Brentwood, this hotel is within 3 mi (5 km) of CoolSprings Galleria, Aspen Grove Park, and Brentwood Library. Crockett Park is 3 mi (4.8 km) away.
Loved the location (close to highway, excellent shopping and dining), cleanliness and friendly staff.
Staff was amazing! Top rate service and all around nice people.
Overall, a nice stay, but the bathrooms are extremely small making it difficult to enter and simply close the door. We had hoped for an indoor pool but no, pool is outdoors and it was closed for the season. Staff was pleasant but was spread too thing. Our waiter one evening was also the cook and ...
Nothing in particular stands out. Breakfast was okay but could have been warmer.
I loved the Omni. Every person I encountered who worked there were awesome. The room was spotless and the bed so comfy.
The property was easily accessible from BART. It was close to the mall and public parking structures. It was in walking distance to the Orpheum Theater. The staff was courteous. We didn't get the room we paid for (2 double beds) even though we registered early and were told or room would be ready ...
Breakfast was lovely and coffee in lobby always delicious... 5 pm wine deal always a nice touch and yummy nibbles.... love the lotions and shampoos and other amenities....lovely redo since 2016....GREAT place to stay...totally enjoy it...staff wonderful, too!
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk. When we were checking in their system was slow but they conversares with us and gave us tips on where to go in the city.
Cute boutique hotel! Staff was friendly. The only negative is No onsite parking. We had to park down the street in a parking garage.
Great location, easy walk to Union Square, decent walk to China Town. Close to trolley line. Loved the Douglas Room restaurant, great cocktails and amazing happy hour appetizers. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and the windows opened!
What was particularly impressive was the gentleman who came in place of the bellman who had not yet shown up for work at 4:15 am. He was a maintenance man, i believe, and after getting our luggage down from the room ensured that valet parking attendant get the car promptly, which had not yet happened. ...
You shouldn't get a room on the courtyard side if you're trying to get to sleep at a reasonable time. Had kids yelling/screeching until 12:30 a.m. Plus, people playing shuffleboard until 12:30 a.m. plus making a lot of noise smacking the pucks, etc. I advised the hotel that they should lock up the ...
I really like this place when I came back to San Francisco I will definitely stay here again really nice staffs.
The property is aesthetically pleasing and quiet. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and they give accurate directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
Great price for a beautiful hotel. Also walking distance to everything we needed and more.
The staff was very kind. The cheese and wine reception from 5-6 was a nice surprise.
Pretty noisy at night. Beds are great. But had a hard time sleeping with the outfit noise
The hotel is small but it is well kept, super well located, and clean. There is a Walgreens and a small store that sells vegetables and other food items in the same block and at reasonable prices. The most fascinating thing for me was its location in Downtown close to most tourist spots. The Powell ...
I thought the property was unique and fun and the location was fantastic for our outings in downtown. Was not great for Christmas with lobby bar closed and coffee bar not available. Otherwise, we had a great time and would recommend to others to stay there!
Superb staff, decor and rooms! Every detail was fun, clean and tailored to a lovely stay!
We liked the mattress comfort and the pillows were very nice and the sheets and bedding were nice. Our room was quiet and had a nice view.
The Refinery is a great hotel in the perfect location! Very large room (we booked deluxe double) and within walking distance to Times Square, Broadway shows and Rockefeller Center.
The rooms are very dim. There's very little light. The only place you can read the paper is in the bathroom. The concierge sent us to Benoit's which was awful---D-. The food was bland and not fresh. The only thing edible was the bread.
Honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed in hands down. would highly recommend staying here.
Love the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms need to be updated. Pocket doors were noisy and difficult to slide. Faucets were old, not great water pressure
We stayed in 4 different hotels over the course of our 7 day New York State vacation. This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at! Everything was phenomenal. From the room to the hotel staff. Me and my husband both were blown away by how much we enjoyed this hotel and how the staff went above ...
Very stylish hotel....enjoyed the look and the location. Skewed 20 and 30 somethings..... Seems like the cost of the drinks in the lobby were a little high and service was slow there. The doormen and bellmen were extremely nice and helpful.
Great Service and outstanding amenities. Everyone there goes above and beyond. A true experience and a awesome location Make this place one to remember
Every staff person we met was gracious and helpful, from the front desk to the room service to the housekeeping and concierge and doormen staff. Also the maintenance man who had to replace the remote for the bathroom TV (behind the mirror) after I accidentally got it wet so that just changing the ...
The hotel has a perfect location on both 5th Avenue & Central Park South. The experience was perfect
THe staff was helpful and accomodating. The location is excellent and great for getting around the city. The accommodations and service were as you would expect from the Mandarin Oriental company - top notch.
This hotel understands how to make you feel special. Their staff are respectful, gracious, and impeccably dressed. Rooms are clean, beautifully appointed, and luxurious. I loved the jetted tub, especially after walking for eight hours solid, and coming home exhausted with achy feet. Noticed I said ...
My recent stay at the Baccarat was the best hotel experience I have had compared to other 5 star hotels in the city. Not only did the hotel meet my expectations but in certain situations they were exceeded. The location is perfect, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the personnel outstanding.I was ...
This hotel was amazing. The staff was very attentive and very kind to us. My wife even got a hug from Joe the door man when we left. Highly recommend.
Located in Midtown, this luxury hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Carnegie Hall, Columbus Circle, and 5th Avenue. Broadway Theatre and Museum of Modern Art are also within 10 minutes. 5 Av.-53 St. Station and 57 St. - 7 Av Station are within a 5-minute walk.
The location, very convenient off the highway or subway system. I had a terrible experience with the valet. It took 3 hours for them to pull my car around. There was no sense of urgency, as this was the day I was checking out and heading back to Boston. Based on my experience I will never stay at ...
Hotel staff were great, very polite and friendly. Property was extremely clean, room as well. The room size was a plus. I've stayed in many hotels in NYC and this room was by far the biggest. Looks like they only have 6 rooms per floor. Our room had a microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, plus all ...
