It’s gorgeous—like a vibrant city skyline at dusk. It’s also adventurous—like zip-lining through the jungle. It can be beachin’—like a beach. When romance, vacation and sweet savings come together, it’s total perfection—and, so, you book it. You book it now.
it was perfect, beach, pool and access to isla mujeres ferry next door. never a bad meal (breakfast was to die for) and very family friendly atmosphere (free babysitting at restaurant!) they will try to grab you with a "45 minute" timeshare chat which turns into a few hours, so be aware.
The Hotel and amenities were a !0+, beach was wonderful. The staff were exceeded our expectations in every way!!! when we left we felt like we were leaving family. The Restaurants were beautiful and the food was 5 star. The staff at the Heaven Beach Bar became our family, we laughed so much, will ...
This property was amazing! Would highly recommend! a++! Took myself and my daughter. Food, staff, spa and facuilties were truly incredible. Best experience. It felt luxurious with a down to earth friendly staff that felt like they all really enjoy their jobs and really want you to have the best experience. ...
No vegetables at all to buffet. They bring us after we asked.
Everything was top notch….it was cleverly thought through! The only part I would have changed was the concierge trying to get us to do a45 min presentation the very next day after we arrived….at least they were not as pushy as some other resorts!
Absolutely amazing in every way!!!! We will be back!!!
Staff and service was great! Beautiful grounds. We went with our children and there was a lack of privacy in the rooms and bathrooms.
Secrets the vine is the best all inclusive resort in my opinion. There are wonderful amenities and the resort provides great customer service. We had no issues and throughly enjoyed our trip! The resort is clean and truly 5 star. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and give it my ...
A beautiful property to enjoy with your loved one. Very tranquil and staff is superb.
Great property. Staff are very friendly and more than willing to help you have a great vacation.
Every single staff member at this beautiful resort was amazing! Everyone was friendly and made every effort to make sure we had an amazing stay! Our butlers Monolo and Juaquin were fabulous! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for time to relax and be pampered!
My husband and I stayed for six days. I spent most of my time doing yoga on the beach, water aerobics in the salt water pool, and meditation on the beach. The yoga instructor Genevieve was wonderful. I even got my husband to participate some of the time. The pool was beautiful and due to the smaller ...
Everything was excellent the staff. I would definitely go back to LeBlanc
Beautiful hotel. would definitely return again sometime. .
Given the quality of the resort and the staff, we were surprised at the fair prices. Highly recommend the "Club 91" all-inclusive package, but wait for the better price offered at check-in.
Beautiful Resort! I’ll be back for sure! The food was amazing!
Property is amazing.. They have something going on every day.. Staff is beyond amazing and if I decide to go back there again that would definitely be because of the staff.. Most of the food was great, but I would like to suggest everyone just to don’t go in Armadillo restaurant because that’s the ...
I travelled here with my husband and ten month old. We had a great time. The hotel room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The playhouse and splash pool we're fun for my child. There were plenty of great food options including canned baby food for my child. There was always someplace to sit on ...
Great service, attentive staff, great dinner restaurants with reservations and overall great experience
The property was large and spacious as well as the rooms. Overall very clean facility. The air conditioning in a few areas could be a little stronger.
Just a fabulous hotel with first class food and service. Don’t understand how it isn’t a 5 star Prooerty . I think they call it a 4.5 for some reason? Every room is directly facing the ocean and while hotel was sold out, it didn’t feel overcrowded . Cool cool place!
This was our second time here at this resort and all I can say is excellente! From the staff to the accommodations, the food and the atmosphere you feel like you are royalty! Alain, Marco , Jessica, Ciealo (I love you I love you) I guarantee you will not be disappointed
From start to finish, staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is the BEST! Lots of food options. Top shelf, great drinks!!!! We have been there 4 times and it never disappoints. This is our favorite place to vacation.
Nestled on the beach, this Nassau resort is 0.9 mi (1.4 km) from Lake Cunningham and 1.5 mi (2.5 km) from Cable Beach. Saunders Beach and Cat Cay are also within 3 mi (5 km).
I like that this property is in the ❤️ of downtown, straw Mkt, Fish Fry, etc. My view allowed me to view the ships coming and going. The staff is friendly and room service is completely ok when we chose no service. The only downside was the 1/4 layer of dust on the bathroom sconces 😳 and not electrical ...
This place is HUGE!!! I also found it confusing and I am sure there are parts of it that I never saw. I travelled with my 15 yo daughter. You walk alot. I paid extra for a water view, but we were on 5th floor of Royal West tower and our view was obstructed by palm trees. It was tough to find a shady ...
This is a beautiful old hotel that is conveniently located close to the airport and near the Northwest beaches and restaurants. It has large terraces that overlook the sea and the rooms are designed and decorated really nice. The rooms have cedar ceilings that give a nice ambiance, and smell, to ...
My husband and I stayed recently at Graycliff and we loved the experience. We felt like VIP's with the staff bringing us drinks by the pool, taking us on a private wine tour of the wine cellar (I think they have over 260,000 bottles of wine) plus my husband learned how to roll a cigar (Graycliff ...
I loved the staff! They were so helpful and friendly! The food at the various restaurants was great. The drinks and bartenders were amazing! I highly recommend this place as an all inclusive. The only things I would recommend is to have a better nightlife experience there - maybe have "theme nights" ...
Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a few issues first day getting towels into our room. facility was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Property was consistently being cleaned was surprised about the dedication and the hard work of all the staff
the lagoon was very nice to walk out of your door and see and swim, the shower needed updating (new caulk) If there had been a broom in the condo, I would have swept up the sand. Staff was very helpful and mostly pleasant.
Having read some negative reviews, we were delighted with what we found. Yes, it is older, but it is well kept up. Food was good. Staff was awesome. Best beach I have seen. Loved it. Very nice pool. Staff was terrific, without exception. Room was a bit musty, but not unbearable. Would be nice to ...
Friendly, kind, clean....what more does one need. Just a wonderful place to have a real vacation.
Property is breathtaking tropical paradise with beautiful coconut trees and bemuda grass; ocean view is incredible. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced; dinner was excellent but grossly overpriced; dinner staff was lost and inattentive. beaches were well maintained with paddle boards, and ...
Stayed in a two bedroom ocean view villa, room was quiet and had a nice view of the ocean. Wi-Fi never worked in room or anywhere but at the front desk. Bar food was good and beach was even better. This hotel was very quiet and relaxing. Don't expect 5 star accommodations, but overall very nice.
Likes - Great views, clean room, beach Dislike - associates didn’t know the policies, seemed like they didn’t tell us true cost - golf cart one example, what was being served for dinner/lunch/take out etc
Excellent stay! Friendly & helpful staff. Wonderful experience in an ocean view cottage!
I was charge hidden fees at check in. Apparently they are not included when we are making the reservation. This is an extra charge at the hotel for amenities.
The service and staff was amazing! They made our trip the best experience!
The bed was really comfortable and we had a great ocean view
everything about this hotel is absolutely first-class I highly recommended and we will go back
The nicest hotel on Waikiki well maintained, clean and quiet, staff very attentive to guest needs. Three nice restaurants and a nice bar with entertainment. Music on the lawn every evening till 8:30 PM.
We have a troubled with rent a car and Valet parking. I’m waiting to make clear about that.
We loved our stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quieter experience, a little off the hussle and bustle of the main Waikiki drag (but still within walking distance). Room was clean and view was incredible. Staff was extremely personable and helpful. I will stay ...
Location, staff, amenities, restaurant and history
The open air lobby was delightful. I doubt that this is unique to QK but we have not encountered it in other visits to Honolulu. The location was ideal and the room was very accommodating.
What i liked about the property was the overall quality of the hotel and amenities. What i didn't like is they didn't give their guest an option regarding parking. They required only valet parking with a fee each night that was too much. The fee should of been less because they had no other ...
The staff was great and engaging. Location was great. They also have their own trolley which is helpful traveling to some of the attractions in the area. Utilize the spa for massages great experience. We ate on-site at times....korean bbq ribs and nachos were gray.
We felt welcomed from the moment we got there. The reception desk staff made a great first impression. The rooms were clean and the all of the staff were helpful and professional.
Great Location! But, I think it needs to be updated to modern standards of today ( for appearances only )
We loved the infinity pool and the valets were awesome. Check in and check out was very easy. Consierge was not very friendly. Before i book any hotel i will check to be sure if there is construction going on at the property. That was a bit annoying, but being serenaded by the local entertainment ...
The view of the beach was beautiful! I love lulus connected to it. Such a beautiful island and such kind and caring people.
They were working on building but hey it's Hawaii who is in their room during the day. It qas no problem.
This quaint hotel was perfect for my week long stay in Waikiki. I did not rent a car and found everything I needed just steps away. The staff was wonderful and the morning fruit and basic continental breakfast was great. I took advantage of the umbrellas, beach chairs and mats daily and waked two ...
I liked the amenities, staff and the room set up but the beds were not comfortable
We asked for a high floor and were given the lowest level. 10 minutes later from our room I called the front desk to say we were disappointed with the room. The new front desk staff, Jim, mkved us to the top floor. It was a beautiful room and he was very helpful.
The center strip location is brilliant - a couple of minutes walk in either direction gets you to Aria or Bellagio. The fact that it is a non-casino hotel does give it an ‘oasis of calm’ vibe. Having a fridge and a microwave is useful if you want to heat any leftovers! Just be aware that there are ...
Located in Las Vegas Strip, this luxury hotel is steps from Park Theater and The Park. MGM Grand Casino and T-Mobile Arena are also within 10 minutes. MGM Grand Monorail Station is 8 minutes by foot and Ballys and Paris Las Vegas Monorail Station is 17 minutes.
The check-in clerk really needs to get a job in another industry. He was completely unsuited to be in the hospitality business. Maybe he should switch to manufacturing or engineering. Anything that doesn't involve interacting with strangers all the time.
This place was amazing. Great service from the minute you arrive. The room was beyond expectations and super big. I wanted just to stay in the room but forgot I was in Vegas.
Our Venetian hotel stay was excellent EXCEPT for the supposed to be complementary breakfast, which is kind of deceptive. They call it a boxed/ carry on breakfast which is consisted of 3 small pastry and a cup of coffee. I expected a better choice of breakfast when I am on vacation, where I can sit ...
Suits Bathroom How quite it was Convenient to get a taxi Non intrusive
This is our 2nd time staying at the Vdara, yet our first time booking through jet luxury on Travelocity. We will definitely be using the service again as it was the most affordable, most convenient, and very comfortable.
We try to stay at different places when we vacation, but ever since we stayed here we haven’t really wanted to go anywhere else. The pool is amazing like one of the best!! The staff is friendly and accommodating. If there has been an issue with anything they are very fast to make it right. The shops ...
The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the hotel is the amount of cars coming and going in front of the building which made getting your car from valet difficult.
Wonderful place and great location to the strip. I will definitely recommend this place to others to visit.
Beautiful comfortable room. Very nice resort. Good restaurants and Starbucks.
My kids really enjoyed the pool and the cleaning staff was wonderful in that they got me extra towels within half an hour after calling to Guest Services.
I liked the location and the amenities I had stayed on this property before but on a different tower. I did not the location of the room on different tower from my previous stay.
Very good the hotel was great to be solder place bar and pool was great nice food at pool whole lot cheaper then inside
Smaller than a lot of the hotels on the strip, but it is NOT a bad thing. SLS was wonderful! Definitely a good choice for a clean quick stay
The fact that the hotel is a converted warehouse gave it character and a unique atmosphere that was warm and welcoming.
We loved the fact that it was a secure location. We were on the 11 th floor and the entire floor smelled like raw sewage. Not the room but the hall.
The hotel is very lovely and well cared for; nice roof top pool area and clean, well equipped small fitness center. I loved the peanut butter and jelly sandwich and milk tradition-keep it up! Staff was friendly and helpful. Two gripes: 1. no business center. 2. I asked for early check in and my assistant ...
No restaurant or place to eat in the hotel. Other than that, it was OK - but given the high price of the room, I would not stay there again.
Wonderful & Awesome stay. The breakfast room service menu could have more variety, but other than that, we were extremely pleased!
Perfect location, close to everything including Bourbon and Canal Street. It was also nice to have food choices inside the hotel.
The location and the staff we super welcoming. The hotel was beautiful with numerous amenities.
Very nice hotel! The public space including the bar is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There is only two things I can say negative...our room wasn't cleaned even though we were gone all day and there is construction next door (which we can't blame progress!) Now the great things...the place ...
Views of the river. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Close to everything you want to do.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property was safe and decorated really cool. Location was excellent. Really close to Bourbon St and Decatur St
Super friendly service, awesome boutique style hotel, and the fact that they had a Banksy painting was just icing on the cake. The bar was great too, the bartenders were outstanding.
LOVED THE PROPERTY I WAS SURPRISED THERE WAS NOT SOME SORT OF GIFT SHOP. .RESTURANT FOOD WAS NOT THAT GREAT.
We absolutely loved the look and vibe of this hotel!! Felt like we were hanging out with friends and we will definitely stay at another Moxy in the future!
My experience was good however, I was mislead when I saw the pool.
Very friendly staff, the rooms are modern, but very minimalistic. Close to WWII museum, and the French Quarter. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Alberto told us about The Little Gem Saloon, and the food was absolutely amazing, as was the service. P & G restaurant and bar is right around the corner ...
Everything was great and updated the only thing missing is Furniture in the rooms there was no place to unpack your bags and put your clothes and maybe a danish or two in the morning would be a nice touch.
Beautiful entryway; helpful staff; large clean rooms. If you like non-commercialized hotels - this is it! I wouldn't stay anyway else! Loved it!
Located in Charleston Historic District, this luxury hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Marion Square and South Carolina Aquarium. Joseph Manigault House and Charleston Museum are also within 15 minutes.
I loved all of the amenities and convenience. The water taxi, dining kids activities pools and hit tub. Massage was wonderful
From our arrival, we were impressed. Our room was ready early! The staff was knowledgeable about things to do, places to eat and how to get around the ciity. The location was perfect for our first time trip to Charleston. We loved the breakfasts and especially enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard with ...
Excellent value and location! Staff couldn’t have been more friendly. My suggestion would be to leave the am coffee out later, we are on vacation.
Loved the lobby and its retro feel. Room was nice and clean, beds very comfortable, but the bathroom was small. Staff was friendly and helpful.
This hotel was very quaint and so close to everything. I loved the rooftop area for wine hour and breakfast. Highly recommend it!
My new favorite hotel! In a world where exceptional customer service is lacking, The Spectator hits it out of the ballpark. We found everyone we dealt with to be professional, friendly and willing to help with anything and everything. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all ...
Boutique hotel. Cleaning done three times a day. Best shower! Friendly and hospitable staff who are excellent at what they do. Great touches like continental breakfast, wine and cheese evenings and coffee and cookies at night. Perfect location as it’s walking distance to everything. Would definitely ...
Hotel Rooms were spacious. However, door lock didn’t work as it was installed backwards. The shower head and it’s adjustment Arm were installed to low making showers awkward. Parking is pretty expensive at $18 a day on top of room costs. Overall, good hotel.
The room was clean. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable of the area. They were also very pleasant.
My family and I stayed a couple days and had an amazing experience. It was wonderful.
Everything was nice and clean and keep up the good.
fantastic. stay was perfect. Staff could not have been friendlier, and how can one find a better location than Shem Creek??
Clean, modern, close to Charleston. Great place to stay.
Great inn with friendly staff. Enjoyed the wine and cheese reception and breakfast. Convenient to everything. Would definitely return.
Situated in Mount Pleasant, this bed & breakfast is within 3 mi (5 km) of Shem Creek Park, Patriots Point, and USS Yorktown. Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park and Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge are also within 3 mi (5 km).
this is by far the nicest and friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at. Your staff their couldn't be nicer or more helpful! They made our stay truly a pleasure and we will return there again!!!!
Loved the hotel. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions and providing all the information I needed. Breakfast was above average and afternoon tea was a nice touch after sightseeing. Was dog friendly and helpful in suggesting places my dog would be welcome. I would not hesitate in recommending ...
Loved that it was right on the beach with a bar and restaurant built in. If I could change/add one thing it would be later pool hours, maybe an adult swim(?), and a hot tub.
Staff was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and visit. Room was very nice. Staff helped with flowers for my wife's birthday while we were there. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. They will even make you something if you ask.
It was in a tough section of Rome. The river in the picture doesn't exist. It's near the train. Had to get a ride to a restaurant and back. Poorly lit hall ways.
Beautiful Boutique Hotel. There were only 2 issues where you stand in the shower was cracked and patched back together but it was done very well. We were so afraid we would cut our feet so we used extra caution. There was also a odor in both rooms. We think maybe it was coming from the plumbing. ...
We had a pleasant stay and the location is great, however, Travelocity needs to review its rating system. The staff was friendly, the lobby magnificent, but the individual rooms and services were not what we've experienced elsewhere in 5 star hotels.
Staff were very accommodating at all times, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Room was extremely comfortable and perfectly sized, and the twice-a-day turn down service was much appreciated. My only complaint about the hotel would have to be the Internet service. For business travelers, don't ...
Hotel was close to everything. Only problem was the walk uphill to get to it. From the hotel we easily walked to most sites and took the metro to the Vatican. Bed was a little hard but we slept well anyway. Front desk staff was very helpful in guiding us to our destinations. Many good restaurants ...
The rooms are a bit smaller by American standards but still nice and not cramped. The decor in the rooms are a bit old but still classy. Standard hard European mattresses. Nice lobby. Good concierge. Good location.
Staff desk were kind of rude and unhelpful. asked for wake up call. none was provided. tried to sell tourist packages when totally unnecessary. felt like a scam
This Boutique Hotel gives impeccable service with a helpful friendly staff. The room was quiet, spacious and restaurant was wonderful and very accommodating if one wished to have an off menu item. It is north of Borghese Park so a cab is requires to travel to city center etc.The Flaminio Metro stop ...
We enjoyed every moment of our stay At the Regina Baglioni. The location is wonderful. The service was greatl. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay in Rome. I would love to go back and stay there again. I wish all of our hotels in Italy had been like the Regina ...
The hotel was centrally located, just a block off the Tiber, 5 minute walk to the Vatican, and 5 minute walk to the Campo de Fiori, where there were a ton of restaurants, bars, and a little supermarket - the square became our go-to place for everything we wanted nearby. The staff was very friendly ...
The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very nice and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel is located in a very posh part of Rome, with tony restaurants all around and is adjacent to the wonderful Villa Borghese and near the Spanish steps. It is ...

Sleek, modern hotel with extraordinary service, very friendly and gracious staff. A superb place. We will go back
24 x7 noise from either construction or HVAC unit made it impossible to sleep. Since I went through Travelocity, could not get a discount for poor conditions.
Quiet comfortable place to rest between site seeing. Espresso machine in room was a bonus. Would like to go back.

If you ever wanted to know what it feels like to sleep on concrete this is the hotel for you as that is how the beds are. Then to make you feel good in the morning after a night you couldn't sleep you find the bacon is raw and the eggs runny and this is every morning. If they can't cook the meat ...
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Beautiful room, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom is immaculate, loved the shower and fixtures. Friendly staff. Hotel is 2 minutes from the nearest metro. The one thing I didn't like was the restaurant was very expensive! 44 euros for breakfast ...
The cable was not working properly. I didn't complain about it because my stay was short, so I really didn't give them a chance to fix the problem, so I would say don't judge them too harshly on this comment.

I would definitely stay at the same place when I go back
No amenities for the price. Once you left your room, the hotel only had a dinning area and bar for their guest to use.
Newly renovated rooms with great amenities. Very convenient locations close to shopping and Opera House.
THE HOTEL IS A BLOCK FROM THE CHAMPS ELYSEE AND THE ARC DE TRIUMPH, 2 BLOCKS ROM AVE GEORGE V AND 5 BLOCKS FROM THE SEINE AND THE EIFFLE TOWER. THE METRO IS ONE BLOCK. YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER LOCATION WHETHER FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE. THE RESTAURANT IS GREAT AND THE BAR IS QUIET.
The location of the hotel is great, but to my dismay this hotel did not prove to be a 5-star hotel. When I checked-in to my room to wash up after a long flight, I found that the sink in the restroom was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. When I notified the staff, they sent someone to fix ...

This hotel is world class all around. The service is better than i've experienced in 95% of all my stays world wide! The property is beautiful and perfectly located - 1 block away from the nicest shopping areas in Paris - 3 blocks from a historic landmark. The staff is perhaps the best feature - ...

A very unique Hotel that i have known for nearly 45 years. Definitely worth a stay. Only disappointment was the restaurant. Dinner had a very limited selection, no beef at all and lobster was served with a fish knife that couldn't possibly cut this very tough item. Service and food were poor. Hotel ...
Staff was extremely helpful with anything needed. Rooms were nice and very well maintained. Overall a great stay.
Great location. Quet and nice room. Comfortable King sz bed. Included continental breakfast is is limited and exactly the same every day. Getting tired of it after a few days, but other items are available on the menu for an extra charge. Staff is helpful and pleasant!
The location is perfect being across from The Louvre. We walked to everything - The Louvre, river, park, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, bus tours, river tours, etc. The people of France were so very nice and polite. We felt very safe and security is everywhere.

Amazing experience. Great customer service. Great room. Super cool building. Walking distance to downtown restaurants.
Cute little botique hotel. The bathroom door was strange. Not much privacy. But other then that very nice. Even brought out breakfast to our room before we checked out.
This was our second time to stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful and we always meet terrific people there. The rooms are inviting and cozy.
It was wonderful. So clean and beautiful! Front desk was helpful and breakfast was delicious. Will be back for sure!
