"My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating and answered all of our many questions since it was a first visit for some of my family to Charleston. We arrived early for check-in and decided to do some shopping until our room was ready. When we returned we got a big surprise when we found out that we had been upgraded. Kudos! The only suggestion that I have is that the couch and chair in the living room needs to be replaced. The couch was very stained. No one sat on it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "
