The room wasn’t cleaned well. the toilet had a leak on the last day of our stay, we called and let them know that there was water everywhere. They never came. The elevator had issues. They key cards didn’t work as we werw leaving the garage.

Would definitely stay here again. The gentleman at the desk that checked us in was very nice. Our requests for extra blankets was handled quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was good but I would likely not have breakfast there again. I feel the breakfast was a bit overpriced for a routine buffet similar to many that are included in other hotels, especially considering the price paid for the rooms. Our breakfast for three people cost more than our dinner did.

I only wanted to stay two nights. Due to the snow I was force to 5 days. The only issue I had, was my heat was not working the first night and last night. The front desk staff and the restaurant crew, were very polite. Will stay again in the future.
