"The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great view from the 20th floor overlooking University Street. It did feel odd having to take the elevator up to the lobby floor. We would stay here again when back in Seattle."

"Nice hotel but very small rooms. Good for one person… My room was stocked with towels and hand towels but no face towels so I assumed the hotel didn’t provide them… I asked to have my room cleaned my second day there prior to leaving early in the morning, I returned later that evening to find that my room wasn’t touched. I asked to have towels sent to my room since my room wasn’t refreshed. They sent towels up and that’s when I realized they had face towels but just didn’t put any in my room for when I checked in…. Anyway, I spoke to the manager Greg about my issues and he apologized and comp’d me late check out…. I didn’t plan on returning but if that’s how CotizenM rights their wrongs I’ll definitely stay there again…"
