Service at the front counter is amazing. Housekeeping could've done a better job with cleaning the room prior to my stay. location is phenomenal, right across the street from the Skyline airport Express train, and steps away from shops and restaurants

A one minute walk from Narita Skyliner makes traveling with large bags less stressful! Close to JR and subway lines. Beautiful “lake & city view”. Clean! Would definitely book again.

We chose this property because it's conveniently a few steps away from the Keisei Ueno Skyliner exit. Right in front is the Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo and lots more. Shopping, dining, entertainment are all within walking distance. The immediate surrounding is quiet. The area is not as chaotic as Shibuya or Shinjuku. As any APA hotel room goes, the size is that of a shoebox. If you have big luggage you may want to get a bigger room otherwise you won't be able to move about. Other than that, the sheets are crisp white, the bathroom is modular but clean white, it's complete.

Very convenient location to get from/to Narita Airport. Also great location in Tokyo with easy access to parks and shopping and dining. A great base to explore Tokyo. The room was tiny but didn’t spend that much time there.

Terrible service tiny rooms!

Great location for keisei sky liner and yeon park. Just know that the entrance to the skyliner station on the apa side doesnot have an elevator or escalator so if you have a big bag you gotta go all the way around or trust gravity:). Again super close to sky liner But I would not stay here! They have tiny tiny elevators and good luck trying to get up or down to catch your train. I couldn’t open their stairs doors. No big tub like in other apa hotels. The restaurant is tiny so breakfast is a hassle and so is the check in location. The staff all stand behind the counter and are not helpful. Only one helpful guy. Really bad service by japanese standards. It’s really for big tour company’s. I’d try some of the other locations
