Hotel's strongest point is the physical location being surrounded by all the main attractions in Shinjuku. However this place is more tailored towards Solo or couple travelers, not family friendly. Rooms are tiny but have the essentials but did have some questionable looking spots on the interior. Not for the feint of heart but nonetheless serves its purpose.

The beds were too small for 2 people and there was nowhere to sit and eat a meal or snacks or play a game at night. Great location and close to many restaurants and parks.

You get what you pay for . Motel 6 vibes like out in the country road . This is located in the red light distract so you know what you’ll be seeing working girls in and out of the property . Rooms extremely small if you have big luggage. I would stay here if it’s your last resort or in a budget. The only thing I liked was that it was located in the main strip of all the night life.

Please beware, this hotel is more like a hourly hotel. It’s not really designed for family or vacation stay. I made a big mistake taking my family here and booked for 7 days. Most rooms here are smoking room! The room really full of cigarette smell, even after turn on the air filter for whole days still unbreathable. Right after I check in I know I made a huge mistake and ask if I can cancel the reservation for the next 6 days, but both the hotel and Expedia won’t cancel it. I know it’s mostly my fault to made this reservation, Summarize, if u nearby look fun and want a private room you should stay here
