Nos encantaría compartir nuestra hermosa casa frente al lago con usted y su familia. Hay mucho espacio para divertirse y entretenerse. Esta es una casa espaciosa de 3000 pies cuadrados, 5+ BR, 3 BA con un plano de planta abierto. Esta casa tiene 2 niveles. (Hay un conjunto de escaleras para bajar al nivel inferior.) El piso de arriba tiene 3 dormitorios: dormitorio principal (cama king) con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a la cubierta frente al lago y un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio (cama queen) y el tercer dormitorio tienen dos literas (cuatro camas individuales). Otro baño completo se encuentra arriba. También hay una pequeña habitación que se podría usar para una persona (el colchón de aire doble está ahí) o para un bebé / niño pequeño (paquete de juegos disponible para usar). Hay una sala de estar con chimenea y un bar con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a la cubierta frente al lago. En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios más: cuarto dormitorio (cama de matrimonio) y quinto dormitorio (cama doble y una cama individual). Otra sala de estar, chimenea, amplia cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo, cuarto de lavado y puertas corredizas a la cubierta inferior. En la cubierta hay una parrilla de gas y dos mesas de picnic.

Si planea traer a su mascota / mascota, necesito saber antes de que llegue. Deben estar en casa y estar al día con las vacunas y con un medicamento contra las pulgas.

Nuevo en 2019: nuevo muelle con dos hojas cubiertas para uso de los huéspedes. Nuevo televisor LG de 65 "en el salón de abajo. Colchones nuevos en camas queen y almohadas más grandes y mejores en todas las camas. Más varios extras para que sea tu hogar lejos de casa. Disponible para los huéspedes, kayaks para dos personas.

Perfecto para pasar tiempo con la familia para una escapada de fin de semana, unas vacaciones familiares o incluso una reunión familiar o una boda. Tiene capacidad para 19 personas. Dos sofás tienen sofás cama. Y hay un colchón de aire extra disponible. Esta casa tiene dos cubiertas grandes que recorren toda la parte de atrás de la casa, se relajan y disfrutan de las hermosas vistas del lago desde las cubiertas. En MM10, a poca distancia en barco (y automóvil) a Franky y Louie's.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Our family of 8 adults returned to the lake after 10 years to celebrate birthdays, a retirement and Mother’s Day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to all be together while enjoying this wonderful lake! The bedrooms and living spaces are perfect for a large group to be together or sneak away for some quiet time, Many hours were spent fishing, playing and reading on the dock. Hosts communication was excellent! Can’t wait to come back!

Annual Labor Day Weekend Trip

This is our family’s 3rd year renting this home. There’s plenty of room for our group of 13. We have rented many VRBO homes and this one is probably the best as far as keeping things stocked for guests. Always plenty of paper products, trash bags, DW tabs etc. Katie is wonderful to work with. Always very responsive!!!

Family Vacation 2024

The house was perfect for our needs. Fully stocked kitchen including crockpots and toasters and plenty of dishes. The dock was great! It was large and it was tile planks. The deck was perfect. Lots of time spent there. The water was rough but we were there in a holiday weekend and you have to expect that. Katie the owner was amazing and responds quickly. Loved the place

Perfect place in the Ozarks

Great Experience All Around

This experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The owner was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and keeps the property in top shape. There were four of us for a fishing trip, and we had more than enough room. The property is very clean, the large dock makes hanging out with friends and fishing at the same time easy. The kayaks were easy to get in the water and use. The dock has lights on the walkway which helps it standout when boating back at night. Furniture is very comfortable and and kitchen appliances all work well. I cannot say enough good things about this property and will be recommending it to my friends.

Love this house!!

This is our second time staying at this property with our group of 12. The house is very clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The view is beautiful! The large dock was great for swimming and fishing. Katie is very easy to work with!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Amazing property.

Annual Labor Day Family Getaway

We rent a lake house at the Lake of the Ozarks every year for Labor Day weekend. We have stayed at several with our group of 12 and this is by far our favorite. This house has everything you will need. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The dock was amazing with just a slight incline from the house to the water. Fishing was great. Our son caught a 28 lb Blue Cat. The owner offered early check in and late check out which was very helpful. The huge table was great for games. Plenty of room for our large group and then some. We will definitely be back.

Great house & docks!

Plenty of room for our large family of 17, great kitchen space & love the open floor plan on the ground level. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Rooms are very quiet which is wonderful with a large group! Wish there were handrails wherever there is slanted walking, would have helped little ones & older ones….otherwise a nice stay, thank you!

Something fun for everyone.

Great house for large family gathering. A little something for everyone and all ages! Whether you like the views, are looking for a kayak adventure or enjoy a nice swim, this is the place for you. The house has 2 large areas for gathering with ample outdoor space as well. Katie, the host is was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Our family will plan to book here again in the future.

Perfect place for a group of friends

This house was super clean and more than we needed for our large reunion of college friends. The kitchen was perfect for a large group and upstairs wine refrigerator was a really nice bonus for extra beverage storage. The rooms are well sized and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep, gather, play games, and have quiet time when needed. The roads leading to the house are a bit winding and narrow but easy to navigate . Drive slow and watch out for deer!! The house is in a great location and offered amazing views of the lake and allowed for awesome swimming from the giant dock. We had this trip planned prior to covid closures, and decided to postpone for a year to be safe, the owner was beyond accommodating. I would recommend this house to any group looking for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for us.

Just what our hearts needed!

We planned a weekend away in late October to get a change of scenery after being cooped up for 9 months of covid craziness! We are SO very glad we did and that we chose this house. It was PERFECT for us. Two living areas and bedrooms for all the kids. The older teen had great wifi access to do all her remote homework and the younger boys and I were so blessed to be able to use the kayaks on the lake. (Thank you for having extra life jackets.) The house was very clean and the layout was perfect! You never know what tools and appliances might be in a VRBO kitchen but Katie had everything we needed. The only thing I could think of to possibly add would be luggage racks in the bedrooms and a bedside lamp in the master but seriously how minor are those things when the kitchen had EVERYTHING. And what a wonderful view, a full 180 deg view of the lake out the back and it did not feel like we were on top of our neighbors. Wonderful to have the lower deck covered in case of rain and the upper deck feels huge! We are already talking about coming back with the cousins in the summer and we would love to rent this property again. Thank you Katie!
