Good place

Clean and well-stocked house that fit our needs. The owners even had a basket of snacks in the kitchen and toiletries in each bathroom. Great location. Quick Uber ride to downtown. They were 45 min late leaving the house which left our friends from out of town waiting in their cars to get in. Wish they would have communicated a little better there so we could have planned accordingly. Other than that, the stay was great.

Covid graduation pod

My daughter graduated from Penn state on a rainy covid weekend with a last minute rescheduling of the time. Shawn had toiletries, extra propane for the grill and plenty of space to have family and new graduate guests over. Easy check in and out. Clean and organized with little signs on how to use the TV etc. Wifi was strong. Would stay again.

Great property and great owners!

The home is just as described, was spotless and in a great location! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of N. Atherton St. Took about ~30 mins w/ traffic to drive to Beaver Stadium parking lot 45 on a game day morning. The owner, Shawn, was also a pleasure to work with! Very communicative and responsive through the entire process. Extremely helpful in answering any and all questions. He even left us with a basket of snacks for our weekend stay. Nice touch! Would absolutely rent this property again. Thanks, Shawn!
