Its clean but its also an old Motel. The door in our bathroom would not stay closed due to shifted frame, old school/noisy air-conditioning, etc. However the location is awesome, the staff is fabulous and the manatees are pleantiful.

The location and environment of this property is outstanding with easy access to all we wanted to do. The room was in need of some updating but was clean. The breakfast options were good if you don’t need a special dietary/gluten free option. Having flavored coffee creamer would be great. The coffee wasn’t the best. Overall, this property has a lot to offer for a fun-filled, walkable stay in Crystal River.

John, who doubles doing security and night maintenance, was very helpful. The man who cleaned our room was excellent. The hot tub was for 15+ years & above was filled will children throughout our stay. Breakfast was C- in quality and, for a large room lacked adequate seating to deal with the number of guests. Front desk staff was helpful. Many hotels offer hot coffee/tea in the lobby around the clock - not so here.

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful the room was very nice and the location of the room looking at the bay from the front door of the room. Very affordable for the high quality of rooms. There's a bar and a restaurant right next to the water which makes it so convenient also the pool and hot tub was operating so that was a plus

The location is very good. Close to restaurants, shopping and manatee activities. Room was clean. Breakfast was the same thing every morning, which wasn't ideal. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
