The handle in the shower was broken so I could not take a shower. The toilet paper holder was positioned almost behind the toilet so it was hard to reach. There was some kind of rumbling off and on all night which interrupted sleep. At 7:30 in the morning some kind of machinery was used in the parking area right outside my room: very loud, prevented sleep. I will never stay there again.

Rooms are not well insulated, so could hear upstair neighbors all night long first night. Thankfully they checked out, and new neighbors went to bed at decent hour. Loved Tiki bar and bartender Tim!

Wonderful!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff is exceptional from the desk, cleaning and grounds. Loved being able to sit outside in the evenings, listen to music and relax. Awesome place to stay!

Loved the location, the new building looks amazing and the staff were awesome. Our room however was quite out dated and the hot water kept going from ice cold to super hot every few seconds. A few missing tiles, and the toilet was really wabbly. But again, the super friendly staff made up for that.

We were granted a late check in. Getting directions to our building was confusing-the desk agent pointing arbitrarily at a window(?) asking if I saw the “bright light” which is 0% helpful to a first time guest at 2 am. There were many bright lights and 5 adjacent buildings-no external identification so we drove to each one looking at room numbers. And there were some random hairs in the bathroom and on towels.
