Don't stay here
The property itself is very nice astatically - waterfalls, pool. hot tub, health club and general look/setting are very nice.
That being said, my overall experience was not good. Décor is 80s/90s - grandma's sofa, poor mattress, broken mirror frame.
I got in early and emailed the owner. (8:30 am). she needed to check with someone local to make sure the unit was ready to get in and said she'd get right back to me. at 9:25 she said I was all set and the instruction to get in would be sent shortly.. I unloaded the my stuff to a cart and waited...for 2 hours. Finally after 2 calls to her office and another agent that was completely unaffiliated with the property and more help than everyone except on site manager, the onsite got me in. Actual directions were emailed at 4PM - 7 hours after I was told it would be "shortly".
I workout/eat strictly and picked this for the ability to cook and the onsite gym. No pans to cook with other than a 6 inch egg pan. 10 lbs of chicken thawing needed to be cooked - ended up baking it in a Brownie pan. Grill tools - no grill.
Posting says access to onsite spa. The gym on site -nice. Worked out there 2 days, then no access. The spa/gym you are told you have access to is private. The gym down the road is where the access is. Complete misrepresentation.
You'll workout plunging the toilet for solids, though. Said they had no idea...but there was a plunger so someone did. Said plumber in 3days if I could meet him, really?
Staying for 18 days. 1 1/2 roll of TP/ half roll paper towels, no sponge for dishes but dishwasher pods -no dishwasher on site. Dishes put away dirty.
Washer/Dryer - no instructions - didn't dry anyway after googling how to use. manual found behind built-in unit.
4 TV remotes - no instructions except comcast - but system was infinity. pathetic.
Pans, TP, Towels, sponge brought a few days later.
No calls. hid behind email. no direct contact or follow up.
If this was my unit, you're fired. Would never let this person manage/list or represent me in any real estate matter. 18 days - never a call/no face to face.
