"Buffalo is a tired old city, with many remnants of its glorious industrial past decaying everywhere. This hotel, like all the other hotels in this city, has remnants of that past evident throughout. But the physical plant notwithstanding it does have some features to recommend it. There is a nice small gym and it's closer to restaurants and parking than many of the other hotels. My floor smelled strongly of cigarettes but not my room. The window in my room was cloudy with peeling weatherstripping. The staff went out of their way to accommodate requests. A Large screen TV was welcome."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was great. Good location, friendly staff and free parking. Upon arrival there was fresh popcorn and 24 hour water, coffee, juice and fruit. The room was spacious and clean, although the shower could use some updating as it is showing a lot of wear and tear. The water pressure can also be improved but the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was okay - bagels & toast, cereal, drinks, packaged muffins, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and a waffle maker that was not working. They did take a while to replenish the limited hot dishes but it was okay for a quick meal. We will definitely consider staying here again, mostly because the room was very clean and the property was well maintained."
