Beautiful property overall however the rooms were not cleaned well hairs were all over the floors after being cleaned /hand towels and soaps were not replenished daily/ safe malfunctioning daily and they never replaced it long waits to come fix it . When calling the lobby they never answer it message comes up as all circuits are busy no one available to answer for long periods where you physically had to come downstairs to address your need / you have to turn the shower on for 10 minutes or so before you get warm water/ elevator very slow and got stuck where we had to go up and down stairs 6 floors via stairs for at least 3 times during our stay/ and lastly the property dies not have restaurant where it serves breakfast,lunch and dinner. the only place you get food is by the pool and they close at 6 pm you have to cross the street to their sister hotel to eat . Service staff does not go above and beyond to please a client and for the amount they charge daily $ 350 these things should not happen.

Love this hotel so much only wish they would update the rooms a little, kind of outdated but still not bad!!! Love the fact everything is downstairs- restaurant's, beach pool and a swim up bar! Also anything you need is on the strip which is literally walking distance. Definitely will go back!

We booked this trip with Expedia and when we checked in, we just dropped off her bags and went out to dinner when we came back to the hotel that night we realized how dirty our hotel room was even trash within the ice bucket. The toilet didn’t flush they were stains everywhere and trash on the floor, which I photographed. We contacted Expedia immediately that night on their chat but we’re unable to get a hold of anybody. The next morning we called Expedia to be switched to a hotel but we’re told that we were still getting charged. I know I’m going to be filing a dispute.

The staff at the Condado Plaza Hotel are so sweet and nice. They were very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. Especially the front desk receptionist Cristina. She helped so much. Also Ismael greeted us with a smile, he was kind and very informative. The hotel room was nice and clean. We had a comfortable stay.

Beach is nearby and the hotel itself is nice and clean. Could be cleaner but it was good. The entrance is beautiful. Food options in the area are a lot. You can walk or take an uber which isn’t a lot. I had a room on the 10th floor and the view was spectacular. Pool area is nice and cute bar in the pool. But they close a bit early but the pool itself stays open until 11pm. Overall I would come back to the hotel on my next trip.
