Esta hermosa y nueva casa privada de 4 dormitorios con más de 2300 pies cuadrados cuenta con lujosos acabados y estilo, baldosas y granito de diseño, pisos de madera, electrodomésticos de calidad profesional, aire central, sonido envolvente interior y sistema de música al aire libre, todo activado por un simple comando de voz.

Hay varias cubiertas, incluida una cubierta en la azotea de 500 pies cuadrados que se convertirá rápidamente en su lugar favorito en la propiedad para pasar el rato con INCREÍBLES vistas de la bahía y el océano, cómodos asientos junto con una bañera de hidromasaje privada donde podrá relajarse mientras observa la puesta de sol. .

Todo el mobiliario de la casa fue diseñado profesionalmente por un diseñador de interiores local con muebles nuevos y modernos y con 7 colchones y ropa de cama nuevos, y no nos pusimos baratos en los colchones, por lo que no hay necesidad de preocuparse por tener una mala noche dormir en una cama vieja y gastada.

Excellent Location and Host

Alan was the best for our stay!! Offered all kinds of information for the area with suggestions for us to do on our visit. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Plus it had great views of the bay and the hot tub was excellent. Would recommend!!

Great House, Great Location

House was as described. Clean, great location, Check in experience was easy, communication with Alan was very helpful. The weather was perfect for us to up on the rooftop. House was well equipped with amenities. It was really nice to have two car garage parking.

10 star property and host!

This home was perfect for our family get away! It accommodated me, my husband, our daughters (28 and 9) my mother in law, my sister and her 10 y/o daughter. Alan was the most responsive host we've ever rented from. He called before our arrival and covered all the details about accessing the property, parking, favorite restaurants, etc. The home was beautifully appointed and the beds were all very comfortable. The girls loved the bunk room and the roof top hot tub. I thought the nicest gesture was that Alan left us a package of nice coffee, a box of donuts and a welcome note. So thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here with friends for a long weekend to attend a wedding. House worked well for 8 adults. Really enjoyed the roof hot tub and views. Be aware the house does have a lot of stairs.

Great beach vacation!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the space was perfect for a group of 6. We really enjoyed the views from the property and the access to the beach. Check in was easy, and the host was friendly. The hot tub was a great amenity. We also had some questions for the host ahead of the visit which were all answered in a timely manner.

Beautiful House by the Bay

My family stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. We were in town to celebrate my son‘s graduation from UCSD and wanted a space large enough to share with my parents and children. We were extremely impressed by how lovely the home was and the excellent condition that we found it in. All of the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, and the house was extremely clean. We loved sitting out on the multiple patios, and the rooftop Jacuzzi was a huge hit with our group. Any potential guests should know that the home has three levels and the rooftop Jacuzzi is on a fourth level up. therefore there are a lot of stairs to go up and down, which was completely fine with us because it also gave everyone a bit of personal space from the main living areas.

Contemporary designed “home from home”

We had an excellent stay. Alan, the owner, was very friendly and helpful to provide all the information we needed on the property and advice on local restaurants/coffee shops. The beach was just a short walk away from the property. The property was very clean and comfortable. I would happily return for a future visit.

Great house and location

Absolutely perfect

We used this as a home base for my best friends bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! So clean, beautifully decorated and put together, well stocked with all kinds of amenities and items (for example, they had makeup remover in all the bathrooms and coffee available, very thoughtful little touches), central location and the hosts were very responsive to any concerns we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any reason!

Great group stay

Place was exactly as listed, clean, modern and close to the beach and other attractions. Four bedrooms over 3 floors meant, plus 4 outside spaces including the rooftop hot tub meant lots of space for everyone. The kitchen and living room were well designed, also, making it easy to make meals and still interact with others. The two full bathrooms are located within/between bedrooms, so one to note when planning who sleeps in the basement bedroom. But otherwise, a very nice place that we'd definitely stay in again and recommend.

I highly recommend this property for a great stay in the Mission Bay Area. So close to the Bay and other amenities. The owner was helpful and always available for our questions. We had 8 people stay comfortably at this property.

Beautiful rental!

Our family stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights. Wonderful location, incredibly spacious, clean, and fully stocked property- with amazing decks with views! Alan was easy to communicate with, and responded immediately to any of our questions/request. While the beds were super comfy, they were a bit on the small side. But other than that- 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back. Anne

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location and friendly owner who was informative and willing to go the extra mile and deliver shampoo and conditioner refills on demand and when needed. :+) Customer Service was awesome. Plenty of decks and locations to grabfor some privacy and alone time when needed (if sharing with a large group as we were). Decks and views are great. And you are walking distance to Roxy's...best burgers EVER. Can't beat that!

This house was amazing!

We stayed with a large group for a birthday party. There was plenty of space throughout the house for everyone to have their own privacy but also great group space to gather together and enjoy each other’s company. It was clean and open. So beautiful with so much outdoor space! The bathrooms were great and fully stocked with things you wouldn’t even think of! The kitchen had everything we needed and so much space! And the outdoor space was phenomenal! We were also able to walk down and enjoy the local community as well as the beach. The host was amazing! Always available and quickly responded with anything that we needed.
