Everything was great!!! The breakfast was one of the best I have had in an American hotel! The bed and pillows were superb and I liked the decor and the French balcony! The staff was superb helpful and friendly! I will definitely return

Very courteous staff. Renovations were taking place so heard some noise but not too bad. Parking underground is $30 a night which is pretty steep.

Great stay! The location was in a great area. Old town is in walking distance. The breakfast was great they kept it stocked. The building is going through renovations, nothing that interfer with my stay, room was clean and kept well. The only negative is parking, difficult to find parking, but the that is anywhere in San Diego. Prepare to pay for parking.All around great stay, will defenalty stay again.

First room had a leak in the ceiling, the room room we got at one point had the water shut off no toilet and shower for hours due to renovations, the shower doors are installed backwards so you have to squeeze past the toilet and towell rack to get into shower. Staff was nice enough and they have an above average continental breakfast

Room was dirty with cobb webs in all corners. The curtains had holes in them and the shadow box above the windows were stained as if something had exploded in the room and stained the window coverings very visible. The ceiling in the bathroom had visible mold and cracked tiles. The room has one small garbage can in the bathroom only. Absoutely the worst!!!! I took photos to send to corporate. The place had non-working out door fountains. I will definetly let others know to STAY AWAY from this hotel. They had loud constructiong going on, but they should have shut the place down. Please have corporate contact me to discuss.

The outdoor courtyard is lovely! It’s in a protected area with a heated pool. The staff was wonderful too. Our only issue was construction going on daily from 9 to 5. That will be over in a few months and the place will be even better.

Didn't get a message my hotel was under construction til last minute. I wasn't able to get the suite i reserved and had to be in a handicapped room that had a dirty bathroom, and holes in the walls.
