“This beach house was everything we hoped for and more. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct beach access was unforgettable. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped for cooking and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect for sunsets. The host provided clear instructions and great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and memorable getaway.” I just realized I had booked this place and then revised my booking and ended up getting the one directly next-door to this house so my review is for the other house not this one.

The property is as nice as it could be! Very well decorated and clean! It's almost unassuming location makes it a diamond in the rough! Loved it! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beachfront - Great Front Deck to Hang

In the heart of Mission Beach right on the boardwalk. Great beach access, sunsets, people watching - and a large/great front deck to hang out and relax. Really enjoyed our stay.

Blissful vacation

Amazing stay! The house was cozy. It has a large deck with ample space for kids to play safely. Our very own sand box was so fun for the kids. The house is open concept it was a 9minute walk to Belmont Park. Stocked with beach chairs and goodies to use for your stay. Cornhole was fun.

If you were any closer to the ocean you’d be in it!

So much fun watching the people on the boardwalk.. and the bedrooms were so quiet in the back of the house so it was still peaceful stay.

We already can't wait to return next year! We loved how new and nicely maintained the furniture and interior was, we absolutely loved the patio with lots of outdoor seating and private sand area, & the Surf Style host was super responsive to our questions.

We Would Stay Again

Highly recommend if you want easy beach access, a huge ground level outdoor space on the ocean, and a spacious interior that comfortably fit all 6 of us. PS - thanks for the extra patio chairs and new cornhole set :)

Perfect Location

The location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking or biking distance to everything in the Mission Beach area. Kitchen was well equipped. The patio was fabulous and the views were amazing!

Great rental!

Rental was recently remodeled and had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat. We had one issue with the garage door and it was promptly addressed. Rental was clean and as advertised. We'll be back in the future!

Fantastic Outdoor Patio, Comfortable Interior

We booked this home for the outdoor patio, which did not disappoint! The sand area was a big hit for our children and there was a nice dining table with chairs. Inside was nicely furnished and comfortable with everything we needed for our vacation. Parking was a little tight but the manager informed of us that beforehand. That won't stop us from returning in 2023!

Anniversary at the beach

We loved the property, location. We had a great time! We were disappointed with the construction going on all day Friday and Saturday 2 houses over. There was also some partying going on after 10pm all 3 nights we were there (there's suppose to be a noise ordinance for after 10pm).

We would definitely rent this again. The location was perfect and the furnishings were great. We had some cloudy weather a few days but enjoyed the deck and living room just as much as sitting on the beach. We asked for a blender and another bathmat and new ones were dropped off the next day.

SUCH A BLAST!

We had such a blast at the Rip Curl 1 vacation home. The interior space & outdoor area did not disappoint! Everything was very clean, well maintained, and we LOVED having the patio to ourselves for our family of 5. Only recommendation is new cornhole set, the existing is starting to wear (no biggie!). Thanks so much to the management for their quick response and dining recommendations.

BEST Thanksgiving!

We had the best thanksgiving at this beach house! All the furniture felt new and there was plenty of seating for our family of six. Our children had a blast playing in the sand area, and my husband & parents enjoyed sitting outside on the deck, which also had a shade umbrella. The location was 5 stars, right on the ocean and easy walking to pretty much everything in Mission Beach. Our only recommendation is a few more pots & pans (there was a full set but we needed a bit more for Thanksgiving dinner, ha!).

Heaven on Earth

This place was absolutely perfect for our family trip to wine country. It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It was so close to Downtown Sonoma with just a few minutes drive, yet was so quiet and peaceful. The house and property was kept up so well. The pool just beautiful and the barn/game room was an added bonus. We got our check in code at the last minute which was stressful but literally the only thing we worried about the entire time. Lovely home for a great family trip. We definitely hope to return again!

Beautiful views and location, but cable never worked, dryer was inoperable, and the kitchen was not stocked with beach-friendly plastic ware (all glass).
