Great place to stay. Full studio. Able to wash clothes and cook meals really saves time and money. The traffic noise from the street was a little annoying but it's not the fault of the property. Nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect for a business trip or a place to stay when exploring the Reno/Tahoe area. Communication was a little scarce at first but I figured everything out easily enough. I loved my stay but wish the prices were lower. They keep going up!

Easy check in. The bed was low and a little too hard for my personal liking. The kitchen has just necessities and if you use the Keurig, be careful, the coffee will fill to the very top of mug provided. The pool area with the clubhouse is very nice. We enjoyed grilling, billards, foosball and a swim. Nice gym also.

Great stay!

Enjoyed the room, very comfortable and well appointed with supplies. The property was nice, great location close to the airport. Only issues were parking - I paid for parking but the first night when I arrived (late flight) there were no spaces available so I had to park in a free, unsecured lot that was a considerable distance away and haul all my stuff back. The second night I managed to snag the last available parking spot. The room was overlooking a main road that was quite noisy all night but some white noise took care of it. In spite of this minor issues, I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Appreciated having a dishwasher and laundry in the unit (with provided laundry and dishwasher soap). Gated parking and short distance to car charger. Felt safe here. Kasa was very responsive via text. Would definitely stay here again.

More an apartment complex than a hotel. While clean and with good amenities, it embodies the absence of hospitality. Kasa is what a hotel would look like if it were designed to maximize income and minimize expense.

Book it!

First time staying at a property like this and I must say from here on future trips I’ll definitely be staying again. Came for my son’s track meet and it was for sure ample amount of things to keep him entertained while staying such as the amazing pool, the gym and his all time favorite basketball court. The cleanliness of the room was great. I prefer to clean where I stay so I did purchase cleaning supplies to cleanup daily. Big thanks to the property housekeepers for keeping the lobby and hallways always clean and smelling good. I would add that there may need to be a swiffer within the units the floors can get a bit dirty easily. They provided all necessities for cooking which was definitely a plus being we stayed for 5 days we also utilized the outdoor grill. The property is in an area to where if I needed to get washing detergent, food or anything just to have it was close by. Can’t wait to stay again!
