Overall, we enjoyed staying in the condo. There were a few wrinkles when we arrived, but Archie and his staff were always available and very quick to respond to our questions. The condo was clean and quite comfortable. Upon arrival, we had some difficulty finding our unit. When we did find it, we were given the wrong code to unlock the key holder. One phone call and we were given the correct code. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool was delightful. Our granddaughter loved it. The thermostat had a problem but was fixed by LussoStay the next morning. I was somewhat surprised that maintenance did not catch nor the fact that the dryer lint had not been cleaned in a while. Despite these issues, everything else was great. I am in my mid seventies and am not up on the latest tech for using the software LussoStay has for booking the unit. I think they are fairly invasive considering all you have to do to rent the unit. Maybe that is just my problem.
