Room was nice. Clean. Water spots or something on one of the sofas but it looked clean. The upgraded me which was nice. I was surprised that there was trash by the 11th floor elevator when I arrived about 5pm and this huge pile of trash was there when I left at 8am. If not for the trash pile I would have given it 5 stars

Amazing from lobby to room just outstanding Soft beds luxurious and clean !! The only thing good in Reno is GSR I was a little surprised the town is not a happening place to be so thank goodness this hotel has everything !!

Unfortunately we had a room of unsupervised kids in the room next door. Hotel did their best but not much sleep. Room and una mas restaurant were both good. Resort fees are too high for folks who don’t use them.
