The room was dirty, bathroom had dirty prints on the wall, the shower had a super slow drain with a disgusting drain with no cover, bubbled wall and ceiling above the shower that was leaking water out of it. Luke warm water and cold water only in the shower.

Our room was so comfortable! The housekeeping staff was exceptional, stopping daily with clean towels, glassware etc as needed! The only thing we needed that they don’t offer was guest laundry.
