The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this place is that the air conditioning worked. . There was a perpetual smell of weed in the floor we were on and the staff did not care. It had a small kitchenette, not that it mattered. There were practically no items to use in it. One small waiter pan. No pot to boil water. Like someone flying in would be brining in kitchen pots, pans and supplies???? There was a roach in our room but I did not bother cleaning informing the staff as they did not care about anything. Stay somewhere else- anywhere else.

Overall - Can’t beat the location. Was a great base for going out and exploring. Breakfast had standard fare which was mostly okay but other items not so much. I would not call it ‘amazing’. Would stay here again but only for the location and price. Pros- main floor was nicely updated. Fitness room was small but okay. Pool was awesome. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect. Served breakfast. Cons - Kitchenettes were not well stocked. We brought a family of six and booked this hotel so we could cook meals. There wasn’t enough silverware or even dishes for all of us. There was one small frying pan and one small pot, a toaster and a coffee maker. Maid service was inconsistent. We often had no washcloths, dishwasher detergent or bath mats. But everything else was well stocked and cleaned. One of the draws of the hotel was that they served breakfast but it was pretty limited and not always good. Everyone (all the guests not just my family) threw away their eggs one morning. Not exaggerating when I say they were disgusting. The other days they were passable. Rooms were worn. All the pillows were very soft and fluffy which work for some, but if you like firm pillows bring your own.

Great price. Simple stay

The stay was pretty nice. Only a couple downsides but nothing critical. There was only one, really slow, working elevator. Breakfast was simple but it's included at least. They did a great job at cleaning our room. The host greeted us well and told us everything we needed to know. My kids loved the inside and outside pool, and hot tubs. The lazy river was small but it was just surprising they had one. It's a great place with great pricing

Last Minute Save

My original reservation was not with LeConte Hotel & Convention Center. I had issues accessing my original rental so I had to get a hotel last minute, late at night. Made the reservation online, showed up to the hotel minutes later. LeConte Hotel & Convention had my reservation, room was ready with amenities I needed. The front desk receptionist was amazing! Seriously, I really appreciated her customer service.
