Deceiving pictures and non existent manager

The pictures are extremely deceiving and portray a scenic view with maybe one other cabin around. When we arrived, the cabin is sitting in the middle of a cabin subdivision with little to no view of the mountains. Also the bed was broken. I tried to reach the property manager and never could get a response, so me and my wife had to sleep on a broken bed the whole weekend.

We got there and there was a boarded up window, the hot tub was not working, and it faced the park I g lot. We left and asked for a refund which we still have not received

Overall it’s a decent cabin with a great location and quick access to attractions. Pro: Location, Clean, app instructions were great! Cons: little outdated, furniture needs replaced, bedroom mattress is horrible, hot tub isn’t very private, NO EXTERIOR LIGHTS EXCEPT BY ENTRANCE DOOR.

Awesome location!

Very clean. Close to many attractions yet still had beautiful views! We liked that the location was high up so you had beautiful light above the trees and could easily see the mountains on the balcony and from the loft inside. But not 5 minutes away you were on the main road where everything for entertainment could be reached. Place was very cozy with two fireplaces, a jacuzzi and hot tub, which we used.

Nice cabin

We've stayed at many cabins in the Smoky Mts over the years and this cabin was comparable. It was a nice location and the cabin itself was very spacious. The game room upstairs was fun. I was a bit nervous with some of the reviews not being so kind, however I found our stay to be fantastic. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall fine. The views were nice and a short distance to many attractions. The road is a bit steep driving in, but then again we're in the mountains. Overall it was a great stay and we would rent again.

Quick and easy drive to town.

My family of 4 had a great time. Regarding the cabin, it got the job done. I felt like it was clean and had what we needed. For the price, I have stayed in some with better views and more privacy. This community was quiet, but you were right on top of each other and the view was much with all the leaves on. There was also occasional strong sewer smell outside.

The cabin is nice & in a great location. The driveway is pretty steep, I'm glad we took my husband's truck. One thing I would suggest is to purchase a few more bath towels and wash cloths. I had to wash towels 3 times during our 6 day stay, not an issue since they supplied the detergent, just kind of inconvenience to be on vacation and washing towels every other day. I would book this cabin again though!

Nice getaway

The road leading to the resort was trashy, but the cabins are nice. Hard to get in touch with someone with questions as the management company is based in Oregon, and I was on hold for 45 minutes. Overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful home!

This cabin was perfect for two, very cozy! The hot tub did not get as warm as we would've liked but the inside jacuzzi more than made up for it. We had a great time, wish we didn't have to leave.

Costly acorns and yucky spider webs : (

The house itself is ok--there were spider webs in every corner--above the kitchen, above the shower, above the bed, above the coach, it just makes you wonder if they really ever clean anything??? Then to top it all off--the ONLY parking place for this house sits under an acorn tree that has HUGE acorns. It made over 18 dents in our BMW and we had to make a claim with AllState--costing over $700.00. The only other complaint is that the hot tub sits back in a hole on the porch with NO light (just to see if there was anything in it or spiders around it) and seems visible to the neighbors so we did not use it. Overall, we won't be back.
