Great stay in lofted room. Clean, no bugs, great staff, comfortable beds, roomy. Hotel wonderfully clean, staff very friendly, especially Amy our breakfast lady. She is so sweet, personable, friendly and helpful. This is what a Hotel SHOULD be like. We LOVED IT HERE! Especially our interactions with the staff. Respectful, considerable, any issue or question handled quickly and with aplomb! Note: ypu may see some bad reviews, because one of their sister hotels had a major water leak, bad enough to shut that hotel down. Displaced guests were sent to our hotel for accommodations just before midnight. The staff was just as polite and kind to them as they were to us. Their perceptions are colored by their situations and DO NOT pertain to this Hotel OR ITS STAFF!

Our bedroom was super cute with king bed and loft queen bed and gas fireplace in the room but mattresses were terrible. We all woke up with back pain. Elevator is in a weird place and somewhat inconvenient. Breakfast was good but food ran out quickly but even with patience it took long for food to be refilled. Nice variety. Something very shocking to us was the $25 for 6 hours charge to charge our Tesla, complete daylight robbery. Very disappointing considering the owner has a Tesla and knows that rate is completely ridiculous.

My family loved this hotel. It was in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The breakfast selections of waffle station, biscuit and gravy, chicken tenders, country fried steak, potatoes , cereal, etc was all wonderful. The cook was wonderful and kept the service clean, loved how she greeted everyone, overall wonderful friendly atmosphere for the family. I will definitely stay here again.

Yes was very nice .But staff was very standoffish not has friendly. The only thing I saw I didn’t like the gaps in the front door on the floor. I can see outside room door underneath the floor the carpet in the hallway.And the gaps in the inside the rooms doors to patio in the room has opening crack where bugs can come in.Very spacious room and they kept it clean.
