First room i got on the front of the building facing the main road had dead and live cockroaches in it i had them switch me rooms and we saw another roach in that room and since it was like 1am we were stuck there till morning and till we could get a different hotel.

There was a payment error at check-in, the shower had no hot water, and even after complaining, nothing was fixed. On top of that, the deposit was not deducted/refunded. This is the worst hotel.

Never was option to a Breakfast. Cafeteria was close and some meals are in the front door. Pool was so dirty , first time a saw a pool in this worse condition ( green dark water) mist every where, staff made a magic to attend the guest from the housekeeping until the costumer service in the from desk are the hero. But was terrible this administration

Well, the room is dusty dirty the sheet is sticky the table. It's broke the bathroom. Paper towel broke. It's really need to be clean maintain to be ready for a human being to spend a night here. I'm sorry, but I disappoint.
