"Beach was nice and close"

"Definitely needs upgrades in the bathroom and some other areas. However, there was a poster stating they will be doing some renovations. The breakfast buffet was large but would have liked some gluten free choices with bread or muffins. The staff was extremely friendly. "

"We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. Our room was clean and kept up daily. Our room overlooked the beach so we enjoyed the ocean every day. The staff was very efficient and helpful. The breakfast selection was good; plenty to eat. This property is small, so maybe it doesn't offer as many amenities as some of the larger ones, but it has a hometown friendly vibe. The location is great -- close to the pier and to a walkway across to the beach. It's in walking distance to lots of restaurants. We would stay here again."

"Very comfortable, updated property. Very responsive hosts. Nice touches (dog bowls and beds, Icemaker, good beds,kitchen well outfitted). Loved the wine rack policy - use a bottle, replace a bottle! Big yard for dogs to play. It is a little far from beach but they supply bikes and beach chairs and toys. Very quiet neighborhood. Great location in center of Jax beach. Will rent it again!"
