Cockroach was seen by my daughter while going to the bathroom. Upon further searching the room. There was bed bug splatters that look under the sheet casing. They moved us to the room next door and proceeded to move furniture out of the room while we tried to settle in next door. No compensation whatsoever just a sorry about that. Other than that the stay was fine for the price.

I entered the hotel and they had a flashing light speaker loudly playing I believe rap/ hiphop music I could barely hear the front desk clerk, also I observed alot of indigent people hanging out side smoking and in the breakfast area, they look like they live there and not overnight guess, there also were a few loud arguments and slamming of doors, certainly would not stay here again

The room was supposed to be a mobility accessible room which we needed for my wife. The bed was 34" tall which was very difficult for her to get in/out of. The bathroom had no cabinet or shelf to store toiletries on, only a small sink. No hooks close to the tub to hang towels on. omnly the towels bar that was across the room from the tub.

My stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham PCB Pier Park in Panama City Beach, FL, was overall positive – quiet, comfortable, and worth repeating. The front desk staff were super responsive and fixed issues quickly. Room was clean with comfy pillows/mattresses and ample towels. Minor Florida quirks: one roach, slow-draining tub, and non-working room phone (had to report in person, but no big deal en route to breakfast). Maintenance resolved the roach and tub while we were out – efficient! Breakfast was OK: bagels, muffins, make-your-own waffles, cereal, juices, biscuits, sausage. Eggs were oddly like egg salad Day 1, so we skipped Day 2 for McDonald’s. Hotel has a pool (unheated), but with cold weather (snow flurries prior), staff recommended sister properties’ heated options. We enjoyed the oceanfront Beachcomber’s hot tub (a tad cool due to weather) – a great perk! Despite small hiccups, I’d stay again for the value, comfort, and service.

The rooms are spacious and clean the deluxe rooms are very nice and spacious. The deluxe room was the same price as a regular room at the townplace hotel down the street and it felt more comfortable and i felt more ar home at the La Quinta. The Staff was amazing . I Cannot think of another time i stayed in a hotel where the staff was as friendly and as eager to help as the staff here. From the manager to the receptionist to housekeeping there was not a single person that i came in contact with that didn't make my stay more pleasant than it was ... anytime I'm in Panama City Beach or the surrounding area i will always stay at the La Quinta..
