The television in our room didn’t work and the clerk told us they had been working on it all day, but maintenance couldn’t fix it. We checked in at 10pm. She said the manager was going to discount our room for the inconvenience in the morning, but when we came to check out this morning the manager was already gone for the day. I asked for the manager contact information but the clerk working didn’t give me her information. We could hear the people next to our room through the walls. Other than this everything was ok

We were in town for a tournament. It was located perfectly for what we needed. Room and staff were excellent. My only suggestion is to start breakfast earlier on the weekends.
