Winston at Rosemary es un hermoso 4 cama / 4. Casa de 5 baños para 14 personas con una gran piscina privada. Situado en la frontera entre la playa Rosemary y la playa Inlet, esta ubicación perfecta permite caminar 5 minutos hasta la playa, caminar 2 minutos hasta el corazón de Rosemary y un día en bicicleta por la 30A. Rosemary Beach e Inlet Beach ofrecen excelentes tiendas, mercados al aire libre y mucho que hacer. The property was as shown in the photos. The house was well-stocked and furnished as promised. The pool was sandy when we arrived and the management team was responsive and had a crew out the next day (Sunday). The only down side to our stay was a couple of unexpected visits from a decorator and a contractor who was working on the house. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Paradise found

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect proximity to the beach and convenience of Inlet as well as the shops and restaurants of Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys. The only disappointment was the property not being ready to check in when we arrived at nearly 4:30 and maintenance trucks for the carriage house often being parked in our designated parking spaces. Despite that we would definitely rent again!

Beautiful house, poor management company.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. Local is good and bad, within walking distance to everything, but without the amenities advertised. For instance, the beach chairs cannot be rented at the closest beach access, nor to the access to the right, only to the access on the left, which is a over 1/2 mile away. Same with the bonfire. In addition, although all is within walking distance, the tennis courts are active early in the morning (all day really), and the bar behind the house is active late. So lots of noise. The management company didn’t ensure there were hair driers, or much of anything else. Only a bar of soap as a toiletry. One trash bag, limited toilet paper. If we were staying for 3 days it would have been fine, we were there for 10 and no extras were allowed. They did find us hair dryers, but we had to buy trash bags, toilets paper, salt pepper, etc. There was a mirror missing in the downstairs bath when we arrived and the closet upstairs had the shelves broken, the sliding door was broken upstairs. The septic alarm went off during our first night there and the smell never improved after folks came to work on it. The concierge service that is advertised is them giving you the phone number for anything you need. Hum, not really service oriented. The house is lovely but the management of Paradise was sub par for sure. Which made the price overall not worth it. Add in some chairs to take to the beach, more amenities in the house, and it becomes more worth the $.

Winston Lane was a great location… very short walk to the beach and shops… the house was very nice and clean. We had 11 ladies and we had enough space for euro enjoy themselves.

Weekend celebration

Overall was a great location and house. Unfortunately the first day and night we were there, the fridge and and third floor AC were broken. After multiple communications between myself and the company, both items were thankfully fixed before the next evening. The space, pool, and short walk to the beach were perfect for our trip!

Great house setup if you have teens/kids.

Lovely and spacious home for a spring break getaway. Perfect if you have teens and/or kids because the second floor is very accommodating for this. Loved the location since it was near the beach and not a long walk. My only suggestion is for a better stocked kitchen. Our group did a lot of cooking and we felt the kitchen was lacking in resources. However, I would still recommend this place. Overall, great stay!

Great location but house really needs some updates

The location was great and we enjoyed the pool. However, the house is very worn and needs some good updating. The outdoor dining table is about ready to fall apart and someone could severely hurt themselves on the legs of the table. The outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet had zero water pressure so really needs fixed as it served no purpose. When we checked in, there was an old bra in one of the closets and one of the boards on the bunk bed kept falling. It’s a great house but needs major attention.

Great Location

The home was beautiful and very spacious for my family. The location was very ideal if beach front is not an option. Elevator was a little quirky and didn’t work at times but other than that the home was great. We would definitely be back!

Generous sized home close to everything

House was very nice and close to the beach, tennis and town of Rosemary. It had everything we needed and the dipping pool was an added bonus. It would be a great place for a ladies tennis weekend. It is close to 30A so you do hear the traffic when loud trucks come through. Besides that we had a lovely week.

Great Inlet/Rosemary location

Overall we were very pleased with this property - it was beautifully decorated, spacious and had a great location with just a few min walk to the beach and the benefit of a small private pool. There were a few minor with the property that do need to be serviced/updated just as fyi. The elevator did not work until a repair person was sent the last day; the refrigerator was set too cold and froze a lot of our food/veggies (we couldn't figure out how to adjust); the dishwasher is very loud and off it's tracking (we tried to fix but couldn't); the pool lights were no where to be found and no information on how to turn them on.(we asked the property manager multiple times about this and didn't get any help); there were quite a bit of ants/ant hills on the patio so ants were everywhere; the kitchen didn't have any serving platters or utensils which would be needed for larger groups and especially if you are cooking at home vs going out. Our only real issue was with the property company. They did not respond to any emails sent through VRBO and we had to contact them directly to help get answers to questions prior to our arrival. The information I was given about beach rentals varied by the person I spoke with. When we let them know about the elevator repair they sent people to the house with no advanced warning and the repair person was not wearing a mask. There was also furniture that was delivered while we were there and we were not given advanced warning and they left large empty cardboard boxed on the patio for several days that got rained on and generally did not look nice. We loved the property overall and unfortunately the only thing that was not great was our experience with the property management.
