The home is beautifully renovated and decorated. Neighborhood is in a great location. Walkable to shops/restaurants and a short drive or bike ride to beach access. Beds were super comfortable. Will book again!

Was a bit of false advertising for this listing when I booked this house. The whole reason that I booked it is because it said that it came with rental bikes when we got there, I inquired with the property manager about where were the bikes and she said it was only for the summer season We’re in Florida people coming from New York. This is the summer season felt like bait and switch. The beach chairs an umbrella were all broken. There was no Wi-Fi at the pool. Pool was dirty and non-heated beer cans laying around from other guests and the pool chairs had mold all over them for the price of this rental. We thought it would be a little more secluded and high end it was a bit ghetto

Unprofessional property management company

Home is in a great location and is cute. The company managing it, Sand Seekers, should be fired. It needed a good clean. We found a blanket covered in old dried up blood that we sent them pictures of. Gross! Going to the beach for a week, we wanted to be able to wash and dry our towels and clothes. The dryer was broken. They kept saying they were working with their team to fix. They never followed up with us, so we continued to call and text asking for updates. They’d just text back that they were working on it, but did nothing. They sent a very rude handyman that was extremely unhappy with us for wanting to have a dryer. We asked to move to another house, get a new dryer or for them to pay for us to have laundry done offsite. None were offered. Communication with us was non existent, unless we made effort. They blocked us from being able to contact them, which is very poor management, as it’s their job. My husband began using the ring camera to talk to them, but they’d still ghost us and ignore the issue at hand. The day before we left, they installed a working dryer. Six days prior to that we had to hang dry towels and clothes. Dryers are cheap. The one there was old and rusted out anyway. We didn’t have a TV in the master. They attempted to replace it but did not complete installation because the handyman was told to leave and Lorrin ordered us to leave the unit because a working dryer was apparently too much to ask for. Stay away from anything managed by Sand Seekers!

Breath Taking Oasis

Everything about our stay was amazing! Communication was on point! The first impression walking through the house was outstanding. What got us was seeing our children and grandchildren feel like as they were home! Cozy and beautiful! Cleanness was perceived in every corner! We will definitively be looking forward booking again soon! We have really fond and sweet memories from our stay!!!
