Bad experience from beginning to end. Upon check in, they only had two staff members doing check in, but the line continued to grow as they spent too much time answering individual questions. When it was our turn, their system went down. They should have a different desk for that (general orientation) so that those doing check in don’t have to wait so long. They had one room ready, and the other we had to wait for. They billed parking by error, to both rooms when we only had one car, they removed the charge (again, going to check in counter waiting in slow line) only to charge parking again a few days later. Final queueing up in slow check in line was needed in order to drop bags in storage (and pick them up.) Seeing that parking charge show up in my credit card although it had been removed prompted calls / emails and finally, no resolution. The worst part about this stay was we booked it to have that extra early admission hour at Epic and that also went to waste as a lot of their attractions broke down, were paused, the day of our visit. To sum up, they are not ready for primetime; not the hotel or the theme park.
